I could have walked in and had a session that moment, but I opted to schedule it for the future, which I have now completed. The sauna rooms are super small and private, with only a video guide. For me this is great, because I get nervous around other people. Make sure to hydrate well before your first trial or you'll suffer a bit. The app is awesome, unlocks the door and schedules everything. There seem to be lots of incentives to go often and get fit.

In fact, I committed after my second introductory pass, because I wasn't that into it the first time. But the more classes I attended, the more I realized how intentional and supportive the classes are for sustainable strength and injury prevention. Now that I've figured out how to walk and climb pain free, I will be renewing my membership indefinitely.

So I booked a 6:00 am session, woke up early, and arrived on time, only to find out I had been removed from the schedule without any notice. No email, no text, no call. When I asked the instructor what happened, there was no apology, no effort to help, and no offer to make things right. I was just... dismissed. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund for that class, or for another one I had signed up for. It's really disappointing because I was genuinely excited to try this studio. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one left me feeling ignored and disrespected. I hope they treat future new clients with more care and professionalism.
