So I decided to use DC water in attempts to hose off the sap building up on my car from the neighbors tree. The water spots created as a result looked worse than the sap itself:( Than came Mike! I happily took co-custody of my husband's 2007 (?) Pontiac Solstice when we married five years ago. However: life, weather, etc. caused the poor car to not get the attention it desperately needed. I message Premere about our plight and got a response within 15 minutes. Wow! I explained our predicament--we wanted to have a car that we were proud to tool around in. And oh--two winters ago, some squirrels decided to move in and we're still reminded of their past residency. All I can say is WOW. This was such a wonderful experience that I'm considering having him tackle my boring 2021 Kia Sportage. The car looks like new. It's showroom ready. The inside is perfect. I had the unfortunate luck of wasting a large bottle of poo pourii in my husband relatively new car on the passenger seat. We thought the the strong fragrance would dissipate over our vacation. Needles to say two weeks later the fragrance was still unbearable. At this point my husband couldn't even drive his car. I did some research and came across Premere Auto Detail and spoke with Mike regarding my issue. He kindly laughed at me when I told him what happened. He was honest and forthright by saying that he's never treated a large poo pourii stain on cloth seats before. I had a really great experience with Premere Auto Detail. Pros: -excellent and fast communication via email and phone. I reached out through their website and they responded in less than 30 mins. -they were able to accommodate same day service, and they COME TO YOU. Amazing -David (service tech) was so friendly and professional. He was patient while we found the best place to wash my car, efficient and did an amazing job. It looks brand new (and I have a dog that sheds so that says a lot!) -he was able to completely clean my floor mats that have been through a harsh MN winter with lots of ice, dirt and salt. Cons: -would love if they offer a secure method to process my credit card. After being the victim of fraud years ago I don't love to blindly give my cc over the phone. Customer service = 5 stars! Actual detailing service = 5 stars! Got the bf an interior and exterior detailing on his Challenger. Totally 100% satisfied from start to finish. Customer service - spoke to Mike to get a quote and scheduled the appt. Nice guy! I also called the day of to ask them to move my appt up, and they did it without a slight bit of hesitation. Frank was the guy who did the detailing, extremely nice and polite guy. It was a hot day, and I made sure to bring him some cold water bottles because I felt bad. He was outside for 4 hours in the middle of the day. Overall, great staff & great company. Detailing - excellent job! Car looks like new. Interior is clean, carpet looks like brand new, and smells like a new car. Exterior - if I can see the reflection of the clouds in the sky, then they did a good job! I found this operation on yelp and was impressed with their five star rating. The truth is they deserve it. The price for the ceramic coating I wanted seemed very high over the phone, but the gentleman who came to install it was here from 1pm until almost 7pm! I was at work, and he didn't know I could see him via security camera, and he worked diligently for hours and hours. The car looks gorgeous. Friday evening about 6:30pm, an unfortunate vomiting incident happened in my backseat while I was driving. Of course, every detailing place I called was closed and or not interested in helping me. When I first called Premere no one picked up and I left a message. Literally within minutes of me hanging up my phone I got a call back from Mike. I had a few questions as I was still shopping around at the time, Mike was patient and helpful. I could tell from our conversation that he was genuinely passionate about his career choice. This is one of the reasons why I decided to give these guys a shot. This afternoon David arrives early, his professionalism was top notch. He communicated with me throughout the morning. When he finally arrived, we had a quick chat before I left him to do his thing. 5 solid hours later, he sends me a text that he's finishing up, I meet him and we go over every inch of the exterior and interior. The car was awesome! David is a true pro. As we walked around and he pointed out things he saw while he was working, I could tell he had passion for what he does. They had me fooled that they had done a thorough job on my car because I didn't have time to completely inspect it and was in a rush. I can't believe I paid such an obscene amount for such poor work , it was my fault for not checking but it was quit cheeky that they took advantage of my rush situation. I mean there was still filth under the seats. The back seats still had some stains in certain areas that can't easily be noticed. rushed work that should be done carefully. Our BMW is six years old and has never been details. And for five of those years it has had our twin boys riding around in the backseat, so it was a bit of a mess. I can not say enough how pleased I was with the service I was provide from the time I contacted Premere until the time that David (my technician) left. Amazing customer service. I contacted their office based on the yelp reviews I read I actually went all the way through and really read them. I submitted my inquiry online and within an hour I received a call from their office, confirming and setting up my appointment. The night before, I received a call late, (but very apologetic) wanting to confirm my address because it was mistakenly put in the system as VA rather than MD. Luckily the lady knew that I was a MD, but still wanted to confirm. The next morning David contacted me before my 8 am appointment, letting me know that he unfortunately was running 5 mins late but would be there as soon as possible. My truck was full of dog hair. We have an old English Bulldogg that sheds ridiculously. We had taken him on a road trip with us the previous weekend and despite have placed a sheet down to try and account for the hair, it was everywhere. While I was driving after our trip, you could just see hair flying around in the truck, it was a mess. When David finished with my truck, I thought it was a completely new truck. It was amazing. There wasn't even a speck of hair between the seats or in the carpet. He did the most amazing and thorough job. Cleaning the vents and dash, everything! My truck looked brand new on the inside. Just not worth it for me. Seriously, they charge too much for their services and yet they did such a mediocre job on my car. I'm not sure what was up that day but Dave (David?) seemed pretty heavy handed with the way he did my car's exterior. There was wax residue everywhere and my car ended up not having the polished sheen that I'm used to receiving from other detailers in the area. I'm not sure if it's the wax that they used. Maybe they cheaped out on their Carnauba wax or something because I am sure that Dave spent more than enough time polishing my car's exterior but the results were quite disappointing. The interior of my car was a while nother story. While the work he did on the seats and carpet were decent, I didn't like the way my car ended up smelling. My partner and kids were complaining about the smell. It's not exactly pungent or like odorous but we just didn't like it. I was meaning to call Dave about the Premium detailing service that he did on my car and voice out the complaints that I have but for some reason I'm having such a hard time getting hold of them. So I'm leaving this review instead. TBH, I'm feeling a little sorry leaving this review but I also know that they can only learn from what I'm saying. And one last thing (okay, I'm fully aware that what I'm about to say has nothing to do with their services) but seriously, what's up with the name? Was is supposed to be "premiere" or something and just ended up being misspelled in the process? 5 stars for customer service -- both Frank and Mike were pleasant, earnest young guys. 1 star for what is just a 'nice hand wash' for $200 base price. I get something similar for $25 at a standard car wash on route 50. There were a number of elements they missed: some windows were still dirty on my SUV, there was still dog hair in the carpet and on seat backs (yes I have a dog), the door jams and panels where the door meets the car body were not wiped, among other things. They did a nice job on the dash, etcetera. Charged $50 extra to vacuum the headboard. To be fair, Mike offered to come follow up and redo anything not done himself, but I didn't have the time to wait for him and just did them myself. These are basic elements of a standard car "wash" that were missed, and not what I would really consider a "detail". I have a dog I know my car may not be a simple job (though I keep the car in good shape), but "detail" is the name of the business. Customers should not have to point out 3-5 simple oversights -- they need to do a better job of seeing those. I hope they do better for their next customers. Mike seems intent on doing so. The package I bought cost $250, yet I ended up cleaning a few things on the car myself to do it quickly. For $250 a car should be spotless, even without extra bells and whistles. read more

I dropped off my car at 10:30am and got it back at 3:45pm. they did a great job, they cleaned all of the crevices of the car. they removed my custom seat covers, cleaned the seats and covers, cleaned underneath the bench cushion, cleaned all floor mats, cleaned the ceiling. In November of 2014, I hired Premere to detail my 2013 Mercedes Benz CLS550. After only a year of ownership and a lot of TLC, I noticed annoying swirl marks on my paint. Wanting to fix this, I did a lot of research on auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings and high-end cars detailers in the DC area. I learned more than I ever wanted to know to be quite honest but each time, Premere Auto Detailing came up as the most qualified and highest rated detailer in the area. After nearly 3 months of research, I decided to give Premere a call. I was greeted by owner Mike Calloway who was extremely friendly, attentive and pleasant to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my technical questions. After our discussion, I was sold. I could really tell that he loved cars as much as I do and was passionate about his work. I decided to book an appointment to have my car polished with C. Quartz Finest nano ceramic coating applied afterwards. Even though Premere was booked solid during the timeframe that worked best for me, Mike went out of his way to accommodate me by personally detailing my car himself. He arrived on a frigid Saturday morning on time at 9AM and worked on my car until 4AM Sunday to restore my car to showroom condition. Mike took his time to do everything right. There were absolutely no shortcuts taken. I can honestly say that that Mike takes his work seriously and truly loves what he does. I highly recommend Premere Auto Detailing to anyone who "doesn't trust anyone with their baby". You will not be let down. Also, I highly recommend having a ceramic coating applied to your paint afterward. It will lock in the shine and protects your paint from further swirls and the elements. I emailed Mike after reading several glowing recommendations on some forums I frequent and he responded within the hour. The appt was easy to schedule and the best part was he came to my house to do the work! I was getting opti-coat pro put on my Tesla and usually this is one of those situations where you need to drop it off with the detailer for like 2-3 days but thankfully cause of him being mobile that was not needed. When Mike showed up with Frank the got to work on the wash and paint correction, I had a pretty noticeable scratch on the back and he had me take a look, well unless you are looking from the right angle with your face almost against the paint you couldn't even tell it was there. With the correction complete the applied the opti-coat, and let me tell you when they were fi noshed it looked like red mirrored glass!! Way better than when I picked it up and to make things better the next day after it finished curing and was out in the sun the car gleamed from every angle (I know cause I just stared at the car for like 5 minutes lol) the best thing is that all this was done while I was cleaning my house! We live in an apartment complex and he was able to set up shop and work wherever there was space which include the dead end street we were on. He did a truly amazing job and really took his time making the paint look brand new again. This included getting off 20-30 tree sap spots that were a year old and baked on. He got out a bunch of light scratches and even some paint that wasnt supposed to be there. On top of doing a great job at making a two year old suv look better than when we drove it off the lot; he was really nice and a pleasure to meet.
