ONCE AGAIN, Premier Auto Center took care of my problem. Brought my Lexus in because it would wobble right to left on straight roads and it was worse on highways. Premier Auto Center was so professional about my VAN he did amazing service on my breaks replace for me the rotors and make sure that everything work smoothly, he did some extra mile of his service and did a full check on my van and he found out there is no Cab Air Filter and he suggested me to add one to get more clear air in the cab. The price was affordable and compare to other businesses it was in the average price , I do like to pay for company that care about my cars extra then find someone cheaper that not care about my cars and care about what need to be done. A couple of days ago I turned my car on and I heard a clicking noise. It started to happen everytime I turned it on. I wanted to get it checked out so I searched on yelp and that's where I found Premier Auto Center. Let me just say there is a reason they have such a good rating. After they checked my car thoroughly they assured me that everything seemed fine and the clicking sound was normal, instead of trying to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. Check this out. I brought my 1998 Tacoma to Premier Auto Center (PAC) for a tune-up. Omar gave me an estimate completion day of 2 working days. Tune-up was completed in 1 day. Here is the best part, after I left PAC, Omar called me to come back right away (I was only 2 blocks away), because they forgot to do the brake fluid flush and the coolant flush. I reached out through YELP, and PAC was one of the first to respond, but the only one that provided a quote up front. I have experience with cars and knew what the problem was and the effort required to fix a blown head gasket. I was provided a timeline and they were able to deliver on it even with having to use the help of a machine shop. Working with a warranty department that gave us the run-around was the hardest part. Omar was patient and did everything by the book but was limited because of them. The car works great now, and he pointed out a few existing issues for me, which I am thankful for. I would definitely be returning for any jobs I can't handle on my own. The price was a little high, but it was what he quoted me plus it was a BIG job. I have so many good things to say about this place! Firstly, the service from Omar was amazing. He was super friendly and helpful in every way possible. He was extremely informative and explained what was wrong with my car after assessing it. Also, he reassured me that everything with my car would be okay. Second, the service was very fast. I brought my car in late afternoon around 2pm and it ended up being fixed by the next day. This is way faster than any other auto repair shop i had been to (keeping in mind, they had to get the parts for my car and install it). It was very fast service. Now my car feels better than ever and I don't have to stress about it anymore. Third, the price was super reasonable. I've been to previous auto repair shops that always up-charge me. You could tell that they really care about their customers and are not just in it for the money. Customers and service come first here.
