I wasn't looking forward to doing this & have put it off till the last moment. The parking lot is tight because it is shared with other businesses. That was the first visit. I was told he was good to go, but the moment I drove off the lot, the same lights came back on. I turned around right away. On the second visit, they agreed the ABS was still their responsibility, and also recommended cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor. I agreed, hoping this would get my baby back to his smooth groove. After that service, I drove Elvis three times before he stalled in the middle of a major street. He just left the building--mid-traffic. I had to get help pushing him to the side of the road, leave him overnight with a note, and Uber home heartbroken. The next morning, I did what any determined rock-and-roll mechanic-in-training would do: I went to AutoZone for a scan, popped the hood--and guess what I found? A main intake hose clamp was left completely loose near the throttle body. One twist of a screwdriver and BAM--Elvis came back to life like a comeback tour in '68. No more stalling, no more sputtering, no more heartbreak hotel. Look, I get it. Mistakes happen. But this was my third visit, and I'd already been dismissed once. The breakdown, stress, and risk could've been avoided with just a simple final check. I won't be returning, but I do hope the shop tightens up--literally and figuratively. Double-check the work. Believe your customers. And don't leave Elvis stranded on the boulevard again. Taking Care of Business means making sure the King keeps rolling.

Payment, see the coupon here on Yelp? well guy says "that's the old coupon" shows me a plastic laminate on in hand, here's the new one...$5 bucks more..then proceeds to wave over the charges, smog check, cert, tax etc.. so end of story, it was total $55, i wasnt in mood to haggle over $10 bucks..but you think they'd honor whats on their site..yes/no..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!…read more Dropped off a car for service to get my fuel injectors replaced. Brought OEM parts so they wouldn't have to order them. The team there didn't raise any concerns or issues. The next day i pick up the car and it dies on me right in front of my house (1.5 miles away). Now my car wont start. I was told over the phone to bring it on a flat bed back to pep boys to take a look at it. I spend $150 on a flat bed on top of the $1k over priced service to do pretty much nothing but ruin my car. When i bring it there management tells me they don't work on OBD1 cars. AFTER I PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND THE FLATBED TO BRING MY CAR BACK IN MIND YOU. They did not compensate me and now I had to pay to bring it to another shop. I say the worst part is the initial quote for over $1,000 for a 2 hour job MAX to replace a part i paid for on my own even though they admitted they did not use the full 6 hours of labor. That was the biggest spit in my face. Do not come here. Go to ANY OTHER SHOP.
