Came here as soon as they opened at 9am. They serviced both my brake pads, both filters, brake fluid, coolant fluid, oil change, and changed 2 tires. Got it back by the end of the day. I would recommend coming as soon as possible as they did warn me that it all might not be completed in one day and that I might have to come back in another day to finish whatever wasn't done. However they got everything done in the same day. I will be goin back if I need anymore service done. Overall total was $1400. read more

i found PAC on yelp and I needed to get my car working because it is my daily driver, they gave me a quote that was much lower than everyone else and because it was a weekend they weren't open so Monday was a holiday but I decided to try and see if they were open. I didn't have an appointment but they took me in and I asked if they could do extra work on my car which was nice and they got me in and done within 2 hours. If I could give a zero I would, I paid them $2,200.00 & told them my problem they said that wasn't the problem, I left my car with them for almost 2 weeks when I went to pick up my car you can still hear the shaking when I went to pick it up they told me oh it didn't pop up on our reader, but yu CAN HEAR it still had the problem I brought it to them for, they changed the throttle free of charge because they know they didn't fix the problem, but told me the noise wouldn't go away, the 1st time I got on the freeway a few days later my car shut down on me in the middle of the freeway, got with my insurance & they told me I needed a whole new engine, I feel like I paid them all that money for no reason !!they fixed anything but the problem I brought it to them for! I took down my original negative review by choice after receiving a call from the manager asking me why I smeared their name. That was not my intention. I rely heavily on other people's reviews so I wanted to leave one I thought was fair. I went in for diagnostic test with the issue of my car not wanting to start randomly. I even had video of the issue since it wouldn't happen all the time. They did the diagnostic, called me and told me nothing showed up but that they had reset all my data to try and clear the issue. Two days later I was still having the issue. They offered to have me bring in my car free of charge to check it again. I decided to go to auto zone instead to get a free alternator/starter test which failed for the starter. I thought it was odd they didn't test for that or at least suggest it when my issue was specifically my car not starting but maybe I'm just ignorant to the mechanic world on the west coast. Customer service was extremely nice and like I said they did offer to look at it again but i just felt more comfortable going to another shop. read more

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that had a blown engine and sat in a parking lot for about 2 years. I had a hard time finding a mechanic that was trustworthy and willing to work on the car since there were many issues that accumulated. My rating is based on everything from customer service/hospitality, speed of labor and the professionalism. Omar was the main guy that i was communicating with and he was very honest and realistic about everything. My car had an engine replacement, fluid replenishment, brakes and rotors replacement, battery replacement, and of course the full diagnostic of the car's condition. I am very happy with how my car was returned to me, and do highly recommend them. The pricing was better than some of the other offers i had. I paid a good amount of money but i did have a tight budget and they were able to help me manage to stay at a good range of what i could afford. However, nothing could explain the feeling of getting my car back and running. Thanks to the team that worked on the car and to Omar for the welcoming hospitality. Took my 2017 Silverado in for an engine rebuild because I have generally bad experiences at dealerships tacking on a bunch of extras that weren't needed or necessary and without my knowledge. Robert and his team are awesome and most importantly honest and professional. He gave me several options and his professional recommendations and was extremely good about communicating early and often. My husband and I do some of our own maintenance/minor repairs on our vehicles but we didn't have the time or equipment to do a lifter replacement. This company went above and beyond, did a total engine rebuild and was honest up front about the pricing. I got my truck back with the engine working flawlessly and with a warranty on the work. I couldn't have asked for better service, got the vehicle back cleaned and good as new. Your team will have my service as long as I'm in California, 10 out of 10 and very satisfied with the work done! Finding a good/detail oriented maintenance team for some of the heavy/intensive work is tough to come by and they don't do anything halfway. My 04 RSX Type S was throwing a P0171 (lean on bank 1) code that started 7 months ago when I replaced my starter where I removed the intake manifold to get access to part I needed to change. When the code appears, I replaced all sensors, vacuum hoses, fuel injectors, clams, etc. however I am unable to fix the issue. Thinking that P0171 is a result of an air leakage coming from the intake manifold gasket not properly installed, I took my car to PAC for diagnosis and where they recommends a smoke test for leakage in the manifold. They said the manifold is not the issue but the fuel injector Damper Assembly Pulsation is. Omar looked up the parts for me online and shares his result where to buy the part needed then took my car home. I ordered and replaced the recommended part at home, and like magic, P0171 code disappears. Will recommend this place, clean shop, mechanics and staff are all profesionals, and their price are comparable to other auto mechanic shop. PAC offers auto mechanic and also auto body work as well. Hopefully they will have a smog check service soon. read more
