When I contacted Harrison the same day, he told me to have the vehicle repaired and send him the bill, stating that the dealership would cover the cost. After I did exactly that, they refused to honor their commitment. Since then, they have stopped answering my calls and have ignored my attempts to resolve the matter. To make matters worse, the dealership sent me an incorrect DMV payment, which prevented me from registering the vehicle properly. As a result, I had to pay approximately $600 out of my own pocket for the sales tax and related registration costs. Despite repeated requests, they have not reimbursed me. Based on my experience, I found the dealership's customer service and post-sale support to be extremely disappointing.
