Bought a car from them couple years ago went to put gas in the gas started running out after full up went back to them they said we over filled it, turns out it had a hole in the tub going to the tank. When we tried to tell them that they said we did it. . Don't buy from them after a month car started to mell like mold . I guess this car had water damage didn't know. . I am so dearly disappointed in this place.... like many others say below, they make it seem like they care but once they have the sale they could careless. Unfortunately I had signed all the papers earlier in the week to come pick my car up later in the week.... to find that the car I had just bought from them was covered in dog hair, and spilled coffee stains down the driver door, looked nothing like the pictures posted, totally disappointed that they took advantage of me buying the car to not clean out the disgusting interior.... I will absolutely never give a reference to this place. Too bad because I feel as if the owner is trying hard, but his on staff (majority of the time) sales man could careless, even told us many of times that he didn't need to sell me the car someone else would come. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....unless you like doing business with liars, thieves and con artists. After buying a 99 van from Jeff, granted it was as is, but they made no indication that it had any issues at all. They said it made a rattle noise which they said would be about a $100 fix. Neglected to tell me the window washer fluid would not hold liquid Less than one week later the brakes were metal to metal I brought it to my mechanic and spent $300 on new front brakes and rotors I figured OK not a big deal got a good price on the van I'll deal with it Few days after that the power steering went out and when I went to fill it with fluid it dumped onto the ground outside it would not hold any power steering fluid that afternoon it overheated leaving me and my kids stranded 30 miles from home I called them to see how they would help me considering I had had the car not even two weeks, and they told me that I bought it as is yada yada yada I try to explain to him that he wasn't forthright in the condition of the vehicle which I would expect coming from a dealer He had me tow the car to his mechanic, leaving me to pay the total bill because he could not help me with that and now I find out that there is even more problems with it totaling over $1000 and this is with the discount from his auto repair guy. When asked to help out with the cost of the repairs he refused he basically sold us a total lemon! I had to get a larger vehicle after my daughter was born. After looking at a number of places I came across Premier Auto. The whole staff was extremely helpful and they had plenty to chose from. What really got me was there prices and honesty. I ended up buying a 2004 Trail Blazer and which had low miles for the year. I will be doing more business with Premier Auto in the future. read more

HORRIBLE!! Do NOT GO HERE! !! Thought I was getting a great deal on a small SUV. With in 2 months of purchasing my car I had replaced tires, had to have passenger side boot repaired, fixed an oil leak. 11 mouths later driving with my child the car filed with smoke and had some billowing from under it and under the hood. Had it towed to premier to see what they could do with this very costly vehicle. They told me it was my engine and had a guy to help out and a fraction of the cost. Their guy removed my engine, put his in, realized his was wrong and put mine back in. Through his error they wanted to charge me $600. After a long discussion about alp the work I have had to do and now not even being able to drive this car lead than a year later the owner of premier looked my husband and I in our faces and said "well you bought a used car. wish it didn't happen but it did and that is what happens when you buy used cars. " UUMMM, EXCUSE ME! needles to say I'm still paying in the car and it has not been able to be driven since March. If you need a car DO NOT GO TO PREMIE AUTO. My daughter purchased her first vehicle here. Although the previous reviews are alarming I would have to say that so far our experience has been pleasant. The people were professional and kind and her car , having normal used car issues that only need a bit of TLC, has not been an issue. Of course do your research and try to have knowledge of vehicles prior to visiting any used dealership would be my advice to anyone on the hunt. But as long as they keep doing right by us I have nothing negative to say and would recommend to others. read more

Unprofessional and waste of time! Cars wouldn't start. Finally get it started and test drive was good. However when I was feeling out loan papers the salesman Jeff nonstopped gossiped and trash talked everyone from his family to his neighbors to former employees then to proceed to complain about customers!!! Do not go here! I went to look at and hoped to purchase a Mazda Tribute that boosted online to be super clean and nice! First it wouldn't start and then on my test drive the check engine light came on. Then when I get back they wanted me to pay to have the check engine light checked!!! Absolutely would not recommend this place!! I have already had to fix my car multiple times and it was not cheap fix either. I had went there thinking it was a good place to get a car. I was in need of a car real quick. I had bought a car for around $5,000 thinking it was a good deal. One of the guys that was working with my family and I was so rude to all of us. I was just in a hurry to get a new car which was not a good idea. I bought the car and a little bit after I bought it the check engine light came on, fixed the problem then it happened again and again and here I am with even more problems. Now I am here just frustrated thinking I will have to buy another car because it is not worth putting more money into it anymore. I would definitely not be in a hurry to buy a car especially from this place. Wish I could say even one positive thing about this place but I can't :( read more

I had a good experience with this used car dealership. I knew what I wanted and so did the dealer. They worked with me, and after approximately 2 weeks or so, I found the vehicle I wanted. I took a chance, got it financed, and so far so good. I needed some things done to the vehicle, and the dealer jumped on it right away. It has been 2 weeks, and the vehicle seems to be doing ok. Decent place. Car I got there runs decent. They did me right by fixing an issue I had at no cost to me. Was told the car was in a minor accident where no air bags deployed. But when I put insurance on it my insurance company told me the car had been totaled and wanted to see if before they would insure me. Overall I would not buy another car from them, but was happy they fixed an issue I asked them to fix when I bought the car that reoccurred 6 months later. read more

After I had been involved in an accident, I spent the next two weeks looking desperately for an affordable yet reliable replacement vehicle. After numerous hours browsing Craigslist and various private sellers over the span of that time, I decided that I may have to cave and purchase a used vehicle from a dealership. I was very skeptical, I had heard my fair share of horror stories involved in purchasing used vehicles and how shady it could be, but I needed a vehicle that didn't have to be "towed away" or sold as "mechanic's special". I came across Premier Auto one evening as I was walking to its neighboring gas station to get a coffee. I began browsing around their lot and noticed that they had quite a few good looking vehicles that were surprisingly cheap. Givin', I am not a mechanically inclined individual and was unable to determine aside from cosmetics whether or not the vehicles were reliable or not. I went in the following morning and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Frank, he was very informative and answered all of my questions in full detail while retaining a very positive and friendly attitude. In addition he told me about Premier Auto's website and suggested that I take a look at all of the currently available vehicles that were on the lot, there was absolutely no pressure what so ever put on me to purchase a vehicle right then and there. I began to become more relaxed and lose the stressful feeling of fearing that I may, as others had mentioned, be ripped off since I was new to buying a used vehicle. I began conducting my research that evening. I was very surprised when I discovered some of the previous reviews that other customers had left about Premier, expressing discontent. It was not at all the impression that I had gotten at this point. I continued to read them and soon discovered that the majority of the complaints were taking place several months after the purchase had been made and that the buyer had obviously not taken proper care of the vehicle and was attempting to blame the dealer for their own lack of basic vehicle upkeep. I decided that I wasn't going to allow a few negative reviews detour me from the upbeat and informative attitude I had encountered earlier that morning. I went back in the following morning with intent of purchasing a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero. I was very surprised yet again however to discover that Frank and Jeff were not going to simply let me walk in and throw money on their desk as many other dealers would. They made sure to go over all of the specs and details of the car, test drive it, and look it over to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and that I would be happy with the vehicle before purchasing it, they stated that again, there was no pressure, they just wanted to ensure that I get a good working vehicle for a low affordable price and that it had everything I wanted. They again were very informative and honest. As mentioned before, I am not mechanically inclined, so I was sure to do my research the night before, and everything that they stated was exactly as I had read and discovered. It was the perfect car for me. For the price that I paid, and for being 10 years old, the vehicle looks and runs almost brand new. After having purchased the vehicle, Frank and Jeff assured me that should any problems arise with the vehicle they would be happy to fix them at a much cheaper rate than anywhere else. After a couple days of driving it, I noticed a few small things, which can be expected of course in most older vehicles, such as burnt out power fuses, a bit of interior dash wear, etc. nothing mechanical or of any relevance to the performance of the vehicle however. I took it back in with intent of paying for these repairs since they were more for personal appeal and were not covered by the warranty, but upon asking how much it would cost to repair, they simply smiled and said, "we are not like other dealerships, we won't tell you you're on your own once you leave the lot, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, and that we provide an honest service, you don't owe us a thing". Needless to say, I am very happy with having conducted business with Premier Auto, and am glad that I had decided to go for that coffee, otherwise I may have stumbled onto a dishonest dealership as I had feared beforehand, and not gotten the great deal that I did.
