We showed up at 9:10 AM, exactly as instructed, only to be told our booking had been moved to 11:30 AM without any notice whatsoever. No email. No call. Nothing. Just "oh yeah, it was changed." From there, it was 30 minutes of standing around, being sent back and forth between employees who clearly had no idea what was going on. Eventually, we were told we'd receive a refund and a free boat tour as compensation for the inconvenience. Sounds reasonable, right? Except when they went to process it, they tried to charge the boat tour tickets against the refund credit -- essentially undoing the compensation they just promised. If we hadn't been paying attention, we would have been charged anyway. Luckily, we caught it, demanded clarity, and only then did they issue a full refund and actually give us the boat tour tickets for free like they said they would in the first place. The boat tour itself (celebrity homes) was fine -- nothing special -- but that's not the point. We're locals who intentionally tried to spend the day as tourists, and this experience made it painfully clear how miserable this must be for out-of-towners who don't know better. Disorganized, misleading, and careless with customers' time and money. Miami deserves better than operations like this -- and tourists definitely do.

He gave grear info, made some really good stops and took us to a bakery where we enjoyed some really good Cuban coffee and got some treats that were actually priced reasonably. He also took us to take some pictures of the skyline, which was beautiful. Will was exceptionally funny, friendly and knowledgeable the entire ride. He really made the tour worth it. The bus is air conditioned, which was huge for us because we had already been on that other scorching bus the day before with no guided tour. My husband loves the information with the tour because he loves to learn about the history. I would recommend this tour to everyone!!!

Traffic in Miami can be busy and something a few miles away could take 20 minutes to travel to so choose your stops wisely. We started the trip at the bayside shopping area. The salesman explained each stop so we had a plan before getting on the bus. The buses were packed and we had to sit downstairs with no air conditioning to go to the first stop. Luckily it only took about 10 minutes. We got off by the beach and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk then spending a half hour on the beach before finishing our walk to the second stop. They say the buses come every 30 minutes and we always seemed to wait 15 or 20 minutes before the bus came. Stops were easy to find with little red signs. We then took the bus to little Havana and enjoyed lunch there. It was fun to drive by the other locations but with the timing we did not have enough time to get off and explore to be in the right area around lunch. They give you headsets that let you listen to facts and information about Miami. Overall the experience is what you make it.

Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

It took one hour to get out of Everglade. We could not see any Alligators or animals. It was still okay. The tour guide told me about one of UNESCO: 's World Heritage sites. Overseas:s highway was amazing. The highway should be one of the seven wonders in the United States. It was raining. But it was still okay. We had around 5 hours in Key West. You may use a trolley. But U used a bike. There are a couple of rental bike shops on the island. I could visit Truman's Little White House, Hemingway's residence, Fort Zachary Taylor, and Southernmost Point. The trip to Miami was comfortable, I could sleep. I could use a bathroom inside the bus. Overall, this was a reasonable trip. I loved Key West!

He made a few calls and came back with this company. I think Sun Island is the parent of See Miami Tours. Whatever the name, we had a great time! The driver, Andrew, picked us (me, wife, son, and daughter) up at our hotel in a large modern, comfortable van. Andrew was very friendly and he knew his stuff. It's one thing to be informed on Miami history, culture, and trends. If you ever needed to build a trivia team but lacking on Southern Florida expertise, Andrew would be your guy. While being informative is helpful, what made our experience enjoyable was Andrew's hospitality. He was extremely kind and courteous in making sure we were satisfied. He answered all my questions of curiosity. He gave insights that not many could have given. After being picked up in Ft Lauderdale, he drove us to Coconut Grove and then to Little Havana (where we had a chance to get out and be among the Cuban influence). We then went through downtown Miami and were given an option to be dropped off by the harbor or on South Beach. It was a no-brainer for us as we wanted to see South Beach. So we were given about six hours on our own at South Beach. The timing worked perfectly for us as we ate lunch (great Cuban place - Puerto Sagua), walked all around South Beach, squeezed in a dinner, before being picked up and driven back to FtL. We enjoyed this experience very much. I highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Miami or nearby. It created chaos when they did open as people were worried about getting their tour (already purchased) on time. The lack of organization, communication, and follow through was more than disappointing to say the least, while the staff treated us like nuisances, addressing no accountability of their own.
