I enjoyed Key West. I recommend that you take a bus from Miami to Key West because we can enjoy Everglade and the overseas highway. Everglade was huge. It took one hour to get out of Everglade. We could not see any Alligators or animals. It was still okay. The tour guide told me about one of UNESCO: 's World Heritage sites. Overseas:s highway was amazing. The highway should be one of the seven wonders in the United States. It was raining. But it was still okay. We had around 5 hours in Key West. You may use a trolley. But U used a bike. There are a couple of rental bike shops on the island. I could visit Truman's Little White House, Hemingway's residence, Fort Zachary Taylor, and Southernmost Point. The trip to Miami was comfortable, I could sleep. I could use a bathroom inside the bus. Overall, this was a reasonable trip. I loved Key West!

It was a great value for the money. I would recommend it and I would take the trip again. Our tour guide Luis was the best. The driver Manny was a professional driver ( doing the speed limit, no hard breaking, smooth driver, respected all rules of the road, made me feel safe). Luis (our tour guide) was extraordinary. I simply don't know where he gets all the energy. I watched him keep a bus load of people from every corner of the earth happy and satisfied. He connected with every passenger and made us feel special, called everyone by name, remembered all our details specific to the trip. He explained and prepared everyone for what to expect. There were no surprises. He was very knowledgeable about historical itfacts . He has a great sense if humor. He put music on for us. He cleaned the lavatory on the bus between passengers. He gave us very clear instruction on what to do in terms of rest stops and getting back on the bus. He even had chargers for our phones!!!! So thoughtful!! I've never seen a tour guide so dedicated, giving his 110%. Thank you Luis for all you do. You make the world a better place man. By the way, we went to Puerto Saguas restaurant and it was everything you said it would be! Thank you and God bless you. Lena & Amado Melendez

Key west was beautiful. This isn't the best way to get there. Long hours on a crowded uncomfortable bus. Better off renting a car.

We showed up at 9:10 AM, exactly as instructed, only to be told our booking had been moved to 11:30 AM without any notice whatsoever. No email. No call. Nothing. Just "oh yeah, it was changed." From there, it was 30 minutes of standing around, being sent back and forth between employees who clearly had no idea what was going on. Eventually, we were told we'd receive a refund and a free boat tour as compensation for the inconvenience. Sounds reasonable, right? Except when they went to process it, they tried to charge the boat tour tickets against the refund credit -- essentially undoing the compensation they just promised. If we hadn't been paying attention, we would have been charged anyway. Luckily, we caught it, demanded clarity, and only then did they issue a full refund and actually give us the boat tour tickets for free like they said they would in the first place. The boat tour itself (celebrity homes) was fine -- nothing special -- but that's not the point. We're locals who intentionally tried to spend the day as tourists, and this experience made it painfully clear how miserable this must be for out-of-towners who don't know better. Disorganized, misleading, and careless with customers' time and money. Miami deserves better than operations like this -- and tourists definitely do.

We thoroughly enjoyed this one, especially with Will, the narrator of the tour. He gave grear info, made some really good stops and took us to a bakery where we enjoyed some really good Cuban coffee and got some treats that were actually priced reasonably. He also took us to take some pictures of the skyline, which was beautiful. Will was exceptionally funny, friendly and knowledgeable the entire ride. He really made the tour worth it. The bus is air conditioned, which was huge for us because we had already been on that other scorching bus the day before with no guided tour. My husband loves the information with the tour because he loves to learn about the history. I would recommend this tour to everyone!!!

If you want to get around Miami and save money on ride shares and taxis this is the way to go…read more With that being said only book this if you have most of the day to devote to the experience. Traffic in Miami can be busy and something a few miles away could take 20 minutes to travel to so choose your stops wisely. We started the trip at the bayside shopping area. The salesman explained each stop so we had a plan before getting on the bus. The buses were packed and we had to sit downstairs with no air conditioning to go to the first stop. Luckily it only took about 10 minutes. We got off by the beach and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk then spending a half hour on the beach before finishing our walk to the second stop. They say the buses come every 30 minutes and we always seemed to wait 15 or 20 minutes before the bus came. Stops were easy to find with little red signs. We then took the bus to little Havana and enjoyed lunch there. It was fun to drive by the other locations but with the timing we did not have enough time to get off and explore to be in the right area around lunch. They give you headsets that let you listen to facts and information about Miami. Overall the experience is what you make it.

The airboat tour was decent but we were told to listen out for announcements for the animal show & bus departure, which neither of us heard. At least one other group didn't hear the animal show announcement too. There was supposed to be a complimentary professional airboat photo, but ours got lost. No estimated time of departure was given & we didn't see some people on the bus on the way back. The driver didn't seem to do a headcount before leaving. Granted, he did warn us that we would be left behind if we weren't there when the bus left, but a headcount & a short wait for stragglers are pretty standard tour practices. The lights on the bus didn't work & the bus seemed a bit old too.

Later, I found out they do this same trick with multiple people--it's all a setup. Jose told us the prize was a free 7-day, 8-night trip and that we only had to attend a short 90-minute presentation. The next day at the hotel, everything changed. The "free trip" suddenly had hidden fees, deposits, and conditions. The presentation dragged on for over 150 minutes, not 90, and the staff there treated us rudely when we refused their membership. This isn't a raffle. It's a bait-and-switch scheme to lure tourists. I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory. Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual. When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips. The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour. The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us. We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft. At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour. We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA. IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets. We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. We were lucky to have the rest of the day after we were finally dropped off at 1:30.
