Sightseeing Pass - Miami Good service from the Supervisor on site. We parked at the Bayside Marketplace because first departure starts at this location. Red Loop starts at Bayside Marketplace in front of island Queen Cafe. For some reason their scanner won't accept our Sightseeing Pass and won't produce a ticket to use for the Hop on-Hop off. It was getting close to the scheduled time the bus was supposed to leave. The supervisor on-site made some calls and after a little bit he was able to produce us our tickets and we were able to "hop on" the bus. Our plan was to stay on the bus for a full round trip then decide later where we want to hop off on our second trip around. Intervals were every 30 mins. The bus stopped at a total of 10 stops. They provided free headsets to plug by your seat so we could listen to a recording about the locations we were passing through. We only hopped off once at the famous Calle Ocho in Little Havana (Stop 10). Stops that were also included were South Beach, North Beach, Wynwood Walls, and Downtown Miami. We had a nice view of the sites sitting on the upper deck. Adult tickets for the Classic tour was $49/per person... included with the Sightseeing Pass. Review #2886

5 star rating for our tour guide Julio. He gave us a fun, enjoyable hour and 30 minute tour. With the cool weather and beautiful view, would love to go again!

I did the night tour of Miami by bus. Previous reviewers said to get there early to get a good seat. That was my plan, but finding the pickup location was a little difficult for me. I'm new to the city, and it was already night, so finding my way was tough. It was also the weekend before Halloween night so there were a lot of people out which made it difficult to navigate the sidewalks. Others must have had the same issue because I was able to get a spot on the top side of the bus. It's open air which means you can see things without an obstructed view, but you are also subject to the weather, wind, and whiplash of tree branches. I recommend wearing long hair in a ponytail, leaving your hat at home, and keeping your eyes peeled for low branches that you may need to shield your face from. It sprinkled a little, but not enough to make the experience uncomfortable. Our guide was fun. He told jokes and kept us entertained as he pointed out buildings and features of the city. This was my first time in Miami and my first day, so I appreciated all of the insight given. The Miami skyline is lovely at night and the temperature was warm and dry. You'll get a great lay of the land by going on this tour, and they occasionally stop or slow down enough where you can take photos. I recommend this tour for any newbies to Miami, especially if you don't have access to a car and want to get familiar with the city highlights.

This is a LONG Bus tour if you do not take advantage of the hop on/hop off feature! What I love about this tour, is that you get to see a lot of the city in a very condensed amount of time if you only have one day in Miami. This is the best value for hitting all the major spots. I love being able to take a vantage of the height and take good pictures around the city. I also got off in a few of the hot neighborhoods and was able to eat local food then get back on and do the same in another neighborhood. What I did not like about this tour is the inside of the bus did not have any air. It was very hot and the windows were not able to be opened- the lack of air, and the long rise me for a nauseating experience for my husband. You do have an option to sit at the top but at midday the sun beams right on your head. Be prepared if you are taking this tour and want to sit at the top, you need to have a hat and one that can fit securely, it's a little windy by the water. also, there should have been a little bit more interaction between the bus, driver and the riders. The tour is guided by an automated message that tells you a little bit more about some of the points. I feel this is a missed opportunity to really create an exciting bus, ride and synergy between the riders and the driver

What should have been a fun day playing tourist in our own city turned into a perfect example of…read morewhy visitors leave Miami frustrated. We showed up at 9:10 AM, exactly as instructed, only to be told our booking had been moved to 11:30 AM without any notice whatsoever. No email. No call. Nothing. Just "oh yeah, it was changed." From there, it was 30 minutes of standing around, being sent back and forth between employees who clearly had no idea what was going on. Eventually, we were told we'd receive a refund and a free boat tour as compensation for the inconvenience. Sounds reasonable, right? Except when they went to process it, they tried to charge the boat tour tickets against the refund credit -- essentially undoing the compensation they just promised. If we hadn't been paying attention, we would have been charged anyway. Luckily, we caught it, demanded clarity, and only then did they issue a full refund and actually give us the boat tour tickets for free like they said they would in the first place. The boat tour itself (celebrity homes) was fine -- nothing special -- but that's not the point. We're locals who intentionally tried to spend the day as tourists, and this experience made it painfully clear how miserable this must be for out-of-towners who don't know better. Disorganized, misleading, and careless with customers' time and money. Miami deserves better than operations like this -- and tourists definitely do.

We thoroughly enjoyed this one, especially with Will, the narrator of the tour. He gave grear info, made some really good stops and took us to a bakery where we enjoyed some really good Cuban coffee and got some treats that were actually priced reasonably. He also took us to take some pictures of the skyline, which was beautiful. Will was exceptionally funny, friendly and knowledgeable the entire ride. He really made the tour worth it. The bus is air conditioned, which was huge for us because we had already been on that other scorching bus the day before with no guided tour. My husband loves the information with the tour because he loves to learn about the history. I would recommend this tour to everyone!!!

I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory. Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual. When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips. The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour. The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us. We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft. At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour. We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA. IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets. We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. We were lucky to have the rest of the day after we were finally dropped off at 1:30.
