My wife and I set up our appointments for a Saturday. Although we live in Fairfield it was definitely worth the drive. This was my first time here. This is a very nice office with plenty of parking. It struck me how clean this office was. The staff are super friendly. The staff go up and beyond ensuring everything is clean and sanitary for everyone. They also all are wearing sanitary personal hygiene products including gloves, masks, and protective clothing. This really made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr Thai had her assistant Oggustavo do my X-rays and cleaning. He did a great job. Next, the dental hygienist Phoug did my deep cleaning procedure and was extremely thorough. At the end of the procedure, Dr. Thai then advised me of how to get my teeth and gums back into good health. This was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I'm glad we came and I will definitely follow all the suggestions I was given and we will be back for another appointment. read more

Dr Thai and her staff are excellent. They treat you with care and take extra effort to manage discomfort. In my recent cleaning, the hygienist is very thorough, not only to do a good job with plaque removal but also being careful around my gums that easily bleed. All of this without me ever saying anything. The office is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The soft instrumental music and shaded safety glasses are a nice touch, bringing the overall experience a notch higher than what I'm used to at other dental offices. I had my first appointment with Dr. Thai earlier this week and I left with sparkly pearl whites. First impressions, I think she exudes a good balance of professionalism and being genuine, all while attuned to making sure you receive the best possible care. The practice itself is new, so the office looks remarkably clean and fresh, and equipment they work with is all brand new. She's currently looking for more clients, so she currently runs the office along with one other assistant during the weekdays; meaning that she runs on a tight schedule. I was talking to a friend and I told him I was looking for a dentist for my Mom. He referred Dr. Thai to me. He said he's referred over 10 friends and co-workers to her. His brother is super scared of dentists and his brother loves her. So of course, I made an appointment for me and my family. We all love Dr. Thai. She's so sweet and caring. She really looks at our teeth. They took X-rays and backed up with pictures what we needed. We had one dentist who said we all needed a lot of work and the office kept trying to sell us bottles of stuff. Our next dentist told us we were fine, no work needed, just brush and floss. His cleanings were brutal. So, Dr. Thai was perfect for us. Her hygienist is super nice too. He cleaned and polished my teeth and my son's teeth so well. They were shiny and whiter than we've had them for a long time. Most hygienist are done super quick, but he took his time and did a wonderful job. Dr. Thai said crowns are her specialty and she wasn't kidding. My back tooth was cracked and in bad shape. I grind even with a mouth guard at night. She fixed it, put a crown on it and it's perfect now. Getting work done on those back teeth is terrible but this was uncomfortable for just a few minutes at a time. She asked if I needed more numbing or a break. In the long run, the tooth would have needed a lot of work, probably a root canal and a lot of pain. So as soon as my mother is over the trauma of her last dentist, I'm taking her to Dr. Thai. read more

Dr. Thai is truly exceptional. She saved our toddler's front tooth after he fell at just 18 months old and badly shifted it. As worried first-time parents, we were desperate to avoid him having a missing tooth for the next 3-4 years. It was 4:30 PM on a Sunday over a holiday weekend when we found Premier Care Dentistry--and to our surprise, Dr. Thai herself picked up the phone. Even though she was off work and driving her kids to activities, she patiently listened, asked for a photo of the injury, and called back right after seeing it. She generously offered to meet us at the office two hours later. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by her entire family! Dr. Thai explained that success wasn't guaranteed, but she offered to try a dental splint--something typically not done for toddlers--to help the tooth stabilize. Dr Trang is very good at what she know, knowledgeable and she takes her time to listen to her patients and make recommendation for the patient's benefit. Dr. Thai saved by tooth twice! I was her patient at another practice and followed her to Premier Care Dentistry. A few years ago, I had pain in my tooth and called her office. I was able to schedule to see her quite quickly. She diagnosed the issue as a cracked tooth and placed a temporary crown on it. A few weeks later, I got a permanent crown on the cracked tooth. She did such a good job that all the pain disappeared. Fast forward to this year, I visited her new office at Premier Care Dentistry as I experienced persistent pain in the same area. She adjusted the crown and prescribed medicine. After a few days, the pain is gone. She saved my tooth from having to go through a root canal treatment!
