My car: 2022 White Tesla Model 3 LR, rear bumper damage. Premier Coach staff were very friendly and helpful. When I dropped my car off just before leaving on a vacation I told them I would be gone for a month (assuming it would take a while). I got the call (in Greece) in about ten days that the car was finished. I reminded staff I was traveling, they stored it for the rest of the time at no charge. When I picked it up they had done a great job detailing inside and out. I really hate to complain because the service was so good, but: Tesla paint is an undercoat with a "sparkly" topcoat. I'll call the Tesla white "skim milk" - an ever-so-slight bluish tint. But the paint on the new bumper has an ever-so-slight creamy tone, I'll call it "2% milk." And somehow the "glitter" is just not as reflective. Every time I see it I notice the difference. Service was great, and the quality of the physical repair is great, other than the color, you cannot tell a repair was done. I recommend the painters work to get their color match better. read more

My car was hit and in a parking lot and and they left the scene. So after talking to my insurance co. I called Premier. When I bought me car it needed a little body work so DCH Ford had Premier fix it. the job was done great. So I guess In a way, I am a repeat customer, just at their other location. I worked with Aaron he did a great job taking pictures and documenting all the damage on my car they Turn out only The repair shop but they also do the appraisal for the insurance company gotta love one stop shopping. They ordered all the parts in advanced so that when I brought the car in it would speed things up. Everybody there was super professional and friendly and it took them about 2 weeks to complete the job. They also called me on a regular basis to update me on the progress of the work.the car looks great as you can see in the pictures. I recommend these guys highly for any auto body and paint work and they back thier work with a lifetime warranty, any issues they will take care of it no problem, no questions asked. Yeah, I was actually surprised by a few things. I wanted to love it and I feel like it's set up to be a great experience. The lobby is good, the people who work the front desk were great and professional but a couple weird things happened with my car. The aftermarket accessory drawer was destroyed somehow, the car smelled really weird when I got it back and a lot of the items that had been in the glove box were in the back of the car. Which doesn't seem necessary, to fix the back bumper why did anyone need to touch anything in my glove box. Then I really appreciated the rental car being dropped off for me and available when I first left my car to be fixed, but a couple days after I picked up my car the rental car place called me a said the rental was not returned and the insurance company was refusing to pay for it. So it turned out that Premier Coach kept the rental and never turned it back into the company, Im certain I was told that delivering and returning it to the rental car company was a service they provided. So I think they have the concept of good service down but the execution was lacking, and I'm not sure I trust them with my car after the condition it was returned it in. It was charged at one point to the full capacity of the battery, (not good for the battery btw, and as a Tesla certified body shop they should know better) So I saw the battery level via the app on the phone and called them to let them know it's bad for the car to sit fully charged like that. When I picked it up, it had half the battery. They said phantom drain but I don't know how that much could drain without driving it. Oh AND the visor of the driver side was all bent weird and needs to be replaced, some plastic part in the visor is broken and it hangs weird now. It definitely wasn't like that before. Again, what were they doing messing with the visor and the glove box and the aftermarket accessories in my car anyway. Someone there cannot be trusted. That being said, the body work was completed after two weeks and looks good. But I won't take my car back there again or recommend it. It's too bad really! I wanted to like this place. UNBELIEVABLE experience. January of 2022 my car went to Premier Coach, recommended by Mercury Insurance. Quoted 2-3 weeks for repair. Insurance companies only pay for a rental car first 30 days. NO COMMUNICATION for many weeks. At the one month mark, as I now would need a rental car, I called. Was told they were still waiting for parts and blamed it on Covid, so gave them the benefit of the doubt. MONTH AFTER MONTH went by and I had to pay well over$1000 a month for a rental. They started calling me once a week, and in June - 6 months in, they said the car would be ready the end of June, it was in paint. Then again no updates and at the end of June I called them. I was told the car was still waiting for ONE part. When I said I had been told the car was in paint, I was told NO ONE EVER SAID THE CAR WOULD BE READY and it's not in paint it is still waiting for a part and the engine is out of it! So they were calling me a liar. We are at their mercy and truly our hands are tied. I went through hell with this company and finally, in mid October 2022 I got my car back after well over 12K in rentals. To their credit, they did not make me pay the $500 deductible and I thought they had done a great repair. If you are still reading and considering this company, read on............My car is a high end Black Label Lincoln. A few weeks after getting my car back the window washers would not spray water, I filled the container and it came out all over the ground. I thought it was a hole in the washer fluid tank and asked Lincoln to pick up my car and fix it. Long story short, they found loose hoses and wires and that the jets in front were not fixed and it would cost me $400 to take the front apart just to quote me. Lincoln said PREMIER COACH did not fix it completely! Lincoln man talked to Premier man Bill on my behalf. Bill decided NOT to pay Lincoln to fix my car but do it at Premier. Car has been there TWO weeks and NO PHONE CALL from them - so today I called, and guess what!!! They are waiting for a part. Need I say more, except good luck to you if you take your car there. Had a freak accident on the freeway - a tire came bouncing at high speed straight at my windshield, toward me! I was able to swerve by literally an inch in just enough time that it didn't kill me. My car was quite damaged and needed auto body work. Premier Coach was FANTASTIC! This is one of those companies you never want to have to use but when you need them you are glad they exist. No one wants to have damage repaired because you shouldn't have damage in the first place. I have an Airstream Interstate RV. The front bumper got pushed in. I took it to Oxnard Mercedes to get a recall exhaust system replaced. They recommended Premier Coach and so they arranged to have Premier pick up my coach there. I asked them to fix it. It took them some time to get the parts to fix it. This rating is based on the service that I have received so far. I don't understand how it is so difficult to respond to an email to get answers. I have literally sent over 10 emails (babysitting). I even followed up with phone calls and when I spoke with the estimator he would say he would "resend the estimate". When it was finally sent, the estimate wasn't attached, that took MORE phone calls and email follow-ups - I don't get it? I went in for an estimate on a repair -- they make it seem that they will work with you as best they can on a cash price (trying to match what they would if it were going through your insurance). When I FINALLY get the estimate, it is double what I was told that they would try to get it close to. I sent emails regarding THAT estimate... and till this day, I still haven't gotten a response (few emails sent). I give up on this place. After reading great reviews, I thought to give this place a chance -- but I can't even get through this... no thank you. read more

My car was at this shop for 3 months which it should have only been one month. I had to rent a car out of pocket during this time. After they gave me back the car, it took another 2 months to have them install two other minor parts. I also found out the manual was missing which they denied losing it. The work at the end was a good but it took so long. The customer service was not professional every time I called for an update. It was frustrating and stressful. They are not responsive. read more

Agreed to assist with replacing taillight assembly which fell off RV due to design flaw. Few other dealers or repair facilities would take this on, but Premier's professionals performed a creative less expensive "fix" for affixing the taillight assembly to the coach even though they usually do not do work on RV's. Went above and beyond with a highly "can do" customer oriented attitude, which is more of a foregone past for many businesses. Would highly recommend for any collision repair. read more

Best body shop in town. Great service and work. I have taken two of my cars here for repair when I got rear-ended. My Jetta suffered $7k of front/rear damage. Premier Coach was fantastic every step of the way. They returned my car back to me as good as new. I stopped in today to have them look at the door on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.
