I took my VW Atlas here for rear bumper repair after a hit and run accident. Geo was nice and very patient in explaining to me what needed to be done to complete the work. When I picked up my vehicle it was good as new. Geo and his team did an amazing job. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out making it look brand new. And to top it off, I had some minor damage to the front bumper and license plate bracket. Geo replaced the license plate bracket, buffed and painted some minor scratches at no charge to me. In case you do not want to read my story; STOP, you have found the place where you want your car repaired PERIOD! I will echo all the 5 Star reviews here and then some. Geo and Premier Collision are the quintessential example of what a automotive repair shop should be. The perfect blend of customer support, caring, education and; of course, incredible quality and workmanship. In short, If you are looking for a place to get your car repaired you have found that place!!! Here is my story, on 12/11/2018 I was in a fender bender on the 5. Then on the 14th someone hit my car in the parking lot of the place I work =(. I contacted Progressive my insurance provider. Filed both claims and submitted images of the damage. First thing first, never ever accept a photo estimate payout. It is a complete rip-off designed to take advantage of people who are cash tight with minimal resources. Thankfully I had a loaner car so I could afford money and time-wise to seek a actual estimate and thank God I came across Premier Collision & Geo. The Initial photo estimate for the fender bender was about $1800. After Geo took a look the new estimate was more than $6,000. I will let Geo's work speak for itself, check out the before and after below. Given my experience with the low initial estimate with the first claim I asked Geo to make a estimate for the second accident (free BTW). I found out Progressive low-balled me again with a offer of $2100. After Geo took a look the estimate came out to more than $3200. After hunting down my rep and finally getting someone to look at the new estimate (day 84) an adjuster called me and said they would not be covering any of the additional cost. After a very salty conversation I learned that the adjuster never even called or visited the shop to inspect the vehicle and discuss the new estimate which is flat out just wrong. I called her manager on Friday and Monday a new adjuster headed out to see Geo. Turns out Geo had worked with him in the past and in the end the $1100 that I was just told would not be covered on Friday was now magically being covered. I can only chalk this up to Geo's know how and experience, thanks Geo! I decided to take a pay-out rather than repair the second claim but Geo still knocked out a bunch of the dents and cleaned up a majority of the paint left over for free!!!! I cannot sing the praises of this shop any more!!! Such a wonderful experience and I'm to have found my go to for any and all auto body or collision repair!!!! read more

While I went to vote last week, I came back to my car and found that someone tired to steal my emblem but was half successful. I've reached out for a few shops around my area and Premier Collision Center replied back with great advice and honesty, instead of the regular customer service asking for my details. They recommended that I could replace it myself or I could come in and they will help me do it for free. I explained that I had an accident in the front prior which slammed locked the emblem into place and I wasn't able to replace it myself. They mentioned that we might need to take out the bumper and the price they offered felt very humble and honest to me. Arriving at the PCC this morning, I was greeted with great hospitality and a warm welcome. Even though this is a smaller business, their process was honest and friendly, which I very much appreciate.
