Then demanded we pay, when typically if there is something wrong they tell you this is what's wrong this is the cost to fix it, would you like to continue with the work, we didn't have that option, we didn't have the money to fix it right away, again it's under warranty and we were wanting to know IF something was wrong! Anyways the tech decided to drain the Freon he claimed he loaded when no one even knows if the Freon was or wasn't added, but now we know Freon was drained. The man left, said he was never come back, was disrespectful, that's now how you run a business and definitely not how you do work. Definitely would keep an eye on him if you have him come to work because there is no way to verify if he did or didn't add the freon but when I went outside he was definitely draining it.
