I can't say enough about my experience with Dr. Precht and her staff! From start to finish everyone was professional and invested in my experience to ensure I was comfortable and treated well. I tried many times to resolve my issue with this doctor and had a call with her to explain again why I'm extremely dissatisfied with the outcome but she was basically attacking me for posting my reviews and trying to intimidate me that it's copyright infringement and defamation to post these pictures and that she won't discuss any refunds unless I take down the reviews and sign a document!! So now I wonder how many cases have been removed by other clients from her blackmailing them. Dr Lisa you fail to understand that people who are unhappy with the results and if you ignore them, will have no choice but to voice their disappointment and dissatisfaction on any platform!! That's how reviews work! these pictures are of my body and you sent them to me for my use! I was willing to remove my reviews if you had responded to me and provided a reasonable refund for this terrible outcome but you've been extremely unprofessional as a doctor and completely ignored me after my many attempts to resolve this personally with you. I will be reopening the BBB case. It was only closed because they wanted a breakdown of the invoice from me which I didn't have initially but now I do. I'm also discussing with a lawyer since this is a breach of contract! I'm still willing to communicate and resolve this directly with you if you'd like to contact me but at this time you've been extremely uncooperative and ignoring my messages. So I will do all I can to escalate to get my hard earned money back! I've been extremely reasonable by asking to refund the areas related to my core and did not request the other areas nor anesthesia or facility fees, although those amounted to 6k and are part of this surgery! I will not forego my hard earned money for this poor outcome! Currently after 7 months, my stomach looks the same as my before. After all that pain and money spent, you should understand why I would be extremely disappointed! It would have been more honorable of you to admit that the results are not as communicated during my consultation and take responsibility for this poor outcome but instead, you've been defensive and ignoring your client! Just to start off with I was thinking I would need not only the body contouring procedure but also a tummy tuck and Dr. Prichard convinced me that I would not need it and to wait and see what the outcome was after the body contouring procedure. I recently went to Dr Lisa Precht for liposuction on my mid sections (back, flank and waist). I had my procedure in April 2022, it was the second time that I have been to Dr Precht (first time 3 years ago). Genetics are cruel and I am one of those people who have to watch everything I eat and exercise several times a week. In Jan I went in form my consultation and I have been scared of my weight and in fact hadn't weighed myself for 20 years. That day in Jan I wanted to take control back. It was scary and I didn't like the number that I saw. I booked my appointment and wanted to make sure I was going to be in the best shape before my surgery. I lost 10 lbs before surgery and post surgery was committed to the plan of not eating carbs and all the suggestions to heal quick and healthy. I was so pleased with my results. Dr Precht snached me so well and I look the best I have in years. Her staff is so friendly and helped me with all my annoying questions along the way. Do your research! I trusted this doctor with lypo surgery a few years ago and was highly disappointed! Not only did I not get even close to what I requested but I ended up with a defined line right below my belly button. Now the top part of my stomach is larger than the bottom separated by this line. Extremely unattractive and it looks worse than before surgery. I also now have some loss of feeling. Do not go tour precut unless you want to pay for a second doctor to fix her hack job. After my surgery I was left looking very uneven on my left side and I was told the swelling could last for over a year.and she wouldn't redo it.i waited a year called her back and got nowhere and I was led to believe it was all just swelling. I don't think she took very much fat out of me at all and made me look like she did a half decent job on my left side but my right almost looked the same. I had some major liposuction done and Dr. Lisa Precht not only took out all the excess fat; but, she did a superb job in keeping my middle section well proportioned and symmetrical.
