I am pleased with the way that everything turned out. My new breast are beautiful and fit my body perfectly. Before my surgery my right breast was larger than my left and Dr. Cooper was able to even them out. The nursing staff and clinic team were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. Cooper gave me his cell phone number and checked in on me the night of my surgery and the following couple days (including the weekend). Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I was immediately impressed with how down-to-earth and personable he was, which was especially refreshing to me because I had a consultant with a doctor at another hospital that did not have nearly as good of rapport. Dr. Cooper suggested an abdominoplasty and brachioplasty. He went over exactly how the procedures would be performed and what to expect through recovery. He provided helpful photos to illustrate the appearance I should anticipate as incisions heal/scars fade over time. From there I was given an estimate of cost and payment options (that turned out to be accurate). I went into surgery feeling that the doctor and his team did everything possible to mentally, emotionally, logistically, and financially prepare me. Dr. Cooper has been open to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process and always has a positive and encouraging attitude. I find his staff at Seattle Pacific Surgeons to be equally pleasant to work with, and they also offer top-notch medical service. I learned later that he was the best "lid guy" around. My dermatologist coordinated the 2 appointments the (cancer removal and then closure/restructure the following day. I probably would have not made the hour-long drive into Seattle on my own, but I trusted the dermatologist's choice. I feel very fortunate to be so well taken care by Dr. Carey and his staff. On the day of surgery, I was told the procedure was canceled due to a positive nicotine test--something I was never informed would be required on the day of surgery. Pictures included with this review…read more I debated for a long time about whether to write this review, but ultimately decided to share my experience in case it helps someone else researching injectors. I saw Jill at the beginning of the year after finding her through social media. One of the main reasons I chose her was because she heavily promotes herself as an injector trainer and educator online, which gave me confidence in her expertise. My main concern was the early appearance of jowls. During my consultation, she recommended three vials of Sculptra along with 2-3 syringes of filler, assuring me that after completing the treatment I likely wouldn't need to do anything else for the next several years. At 33 years old, I was initially surprised by the recommendation for three vials of Sculptra. I expressed my hesitation, but she explained that the guideline is roughly one vial per decade of age, which I later saw repeated online. Because of that, I trusted her recommendation. At first, I didn't notice many changes since Sculptra works gradually and cannot be dissolved. However, as the collagen stimulation developed over the following months, I became increasingly unhappy with the results. My naturally heart-shaped face gradually became much squarer and puffier, and my jawline looked noticeably heavier, which actually emphasized the concerns I had wanted to correct. It has been difficult coming to terms with those changes, especially knowing that Sculptra cannot simply be reversed and may take years to diminish. Following the Sculptra treatments, I also developed significant acne and severe pore congestion. When I brought it up, I was told I could go on medication to manage it which I declined. The filler was another disappointment. I was advised to place multiple syringes throughout my lower face to improve the jowls, but I believe the result was overfilled. Whenever I pushed my chin forward, there was a visible lump of filler, which I've included in one of my photos. What concerned me most was what happened at my follow-up appointment. After completing everything that had originally been recommended, I expected we were finished, as I had been told. Instead, I was encouraged to add even more Sculptra into my marionette lines. That was the moment I realized the goalposts had shifted. I had trusted the original treatment plan, believing it would achieve the desired result, and instead I was being advised to undergo even more treatment which was a major red flag for me. I also requested only a very subtle lip enhancement, but my lips ended up "subtly" uneven, because she didn't correct my asymmetry which is also visible in my photos. I never went back to address that because the trust was broken and because she used up a whole syringe and considering their practices I wouldn't want to pay more for correction. Overall, I left feeling that the amount of product recommended and ultimately injected was far more than what was necessary for me. My goal was to look refreshed and natural, but instead I felt overfilled, and I have spent months regretting that decision. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff also left a negative impression. On one visit, I was told I couldn't use the restroom inside the clinic and was directed to the public restroom in the building lobby instead. On another occasion, immediately after my procedure, a staff member stood in the doorway waiting for me to leave, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable while I was still trying to gather my belongings. This experience cost me a significant amount of money, but more importantly, it has had a lasting impact on my confidence. Because Sculptra cannot be dissolved, I now have to wait years and hope my face gradually returns closer to its previous appearance. I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic or the injector I saw.
