Brandy is so sweet and always does a great job cleaning my teeth. I drive from Eagle just to see them and will continue to do so. California traffic won't stop me from going to this office. Please don't believe the bad reviews, some people have nothing else to do but sit in their basement with their poodles and troll good businesses.

It's where family members have been going and it helped that their office was right down the road from my children school. So they could walk into an appointment after school and I could meet them there from work. It is a bit of the pain that they're only open Monday through Thursday but usually that's not a problem. It's more just that I'm a little forgetful and forget to call them sometimes when they're open. As my children have gotten older I want them to be more mindful to communicate with me about what happened when I wasn't there yet. I appreciate that my children are older and can tell me the gist of it themselves but I want the staff to be more communicative with me directly. I don't want the risk of like in the "telephone" game ha ha. There was an instance when I had a crown done and there was some miscommunication, I felt, about the projected cost versus the actual cost and when I brought it up to them they were understanding and they worked with me.

Suddenly I go here and this dentist says I have 7 cavities/fillings that needed "fixed" or redone. I trusted him and did them all. It took almost a year for most of them to stop hurting or being very sensitive when chewing etc. After reading these reviews it seems this guy just wants to get paid and doesn't actually care about your teeth or what you actually NEED. Bummer.

Upon arrival I was asked to provide my insurance, Which I provided. My appointment was a simple check up Hers was a teeth cleaning and check up. I was charged a teeth cleaning on my appointment for some reason as well despite not getting one. After our appointments I paid the co-pay based on what my "insurance covered" according to the lady billing me out. I then had future appointments scheduled for some cavities that needed filling for my wife and I about 3-4 months out. Along with the scheduled date, I was given a printout based on what my insurance covers and what I would have to pay after my next appointment. We go to our next appointments get our cavities filled. I head over to the front counter to be billed and get charged an additional $650 for the cavities being filled. I asked why this amount differed significantly from the quote I received. I was told that the quote was incorrect and upon communication with my dental provider, my insurance did not cover as much. I thought it was weird, but paid it anyways. Three months after my appointment, I get a call saying that I owed an additional $750. When I asked why, I was told because "they forgot to tell me that they do not work with Aetna for dental insurance." Pretty convenient on their behalf to wait until after my last appointment. After my first appointment I had recommended this place to a few friends of mine because the staff seemed friendly. This same thing happened to a friend of mine where they were told far after their appointments that they "forgot they did not work with their dental provider." Not sure if this was a simple office mistake on their behalf or if they are running some kind of scam here But to happen to two people in that short of a time frame makes me truly question. Needless to say, I'm at about a year after my last appointment and for the first time in my life, my teeth that were worked on are sensitive to hot and cold. I do not recommend this place there are several other dentists close by that will take better care of you. ***EDIT*** Upon reading more of their reviews it sounds like I wasn't the first person this happened to.

I am thankful to have found this place. I have felt very calm and comfortable every time. I'm forever grateful that I was able to create a trusting relationship with a dentist. Feels like my tooth, amazing. But, every appointment I made resulted in sitting in the pleasant lobby with others that were booked for the same time, I always waited an hour or more. Not sure why they make appointments and then book many at the same time. VERY EXPENSIVE. They would not use the crown that fell out, had to start from scratch with the most extensive set of x -rays I've ever had for my teeth, a build up (temp), then the fabulous crown. I booked it as as urgent, but it was not treated with any urgency, at all. I sat with a billing person to discuss cost and schedules, hat to make two large payments, but thought I was done with it and then weeks later I got yet another bill for the x-rays, that was not mentioned as being separate. They quoted me a separate price for a crown that was the last step in an implant from another state, they wanted over $2,000. So, although I love them personally, I will not be going back and nor do I recommend them to anyone that is not full of money and in no hurry.

The owner should teach a class in patient care that includes not being rude and making the patient feel like an inconvenience for the dentist.

He takes extra steps to make sure I am comfortable and I'm so impressed by the way he speaks to the staff. It feels like everyone there is invested in my care. As a side note. He's also my husband's dentist. 3 years ago during a routine cleaning, one of the hygienists noted something unusual. She asked Dr Fisher to take a look. It turned out that he had a cancerous lesion on one of his tonsils. He'd never noticed it & didn't have pain. Without the watchful eye of the hygienist and Dr Fisher's quick referral to an ENT Specialist, no one knows how much it could have spread. With surgery & radiation my husband has now been certified Cancer Free for 3 years. We're very grateful.

If you need a crown or some other major work, you will need to take time off from work because they don't have the correct staffing to perform these services after 2PM. I took time off from work for a 2:30 appointment for a permanent crown seating and received a call to reschedule for some excuse (I don't even remember what) but it pushed the appointment out well over a week. As a result my employer is frustrated, I am frustrated, and the person on the other end of the phone is completely oblivious to the fact that not everyone has unlimited time off. I am currently seeking a more user-friendly dentist.
