I must say that my experience here has to be in the top experiences ever where my eye care is concerned. I tend to get a little anxious when it comes to the eye doctor, especially new ones, but I felt right at home during my visit. You have a lovely receptionist who was very helpful from appointment setting to payment to ordering new contacts. You offer all the latest in your field, but I never felt pressured to try any the optional tests presented to me. Dr. Zolman was nothing shy of wonderful. He never rushed me, he explained everything he was doing clearly, and he was smiling the entire time. He recommended a new brand of contacts that I am happy I tried; they have worked out great. I've called at least once a week and just keep getting the run around. They keep saying the lab "lost them" I've yet to receive any information about a refund or when the glasses will be reordered or whatever. Meanwhile, my daughter asks almost daily about when her glasses will be here. This is not only theft, but insurance fraud. If you plan on ordering glasses I urge you to go through somewhere else.
