Our AC stopped working but we were not urgently needing an AC replacement yet until my husband reminded me in the winter about how we needed to look into an AC replacement. We love our realtor so we contacted these guys (sometime in December of 2019) to look into a replacement. The owner was fabulous and was able to work with us on what we needed to get done. AND because we were planning on replacing our AC during the winter, it was great to get the order and service done. In fact, they came to check out what we needed to get done and then order the part and replaced our AC within 1-2 weeks. They were great and easy to work with. We had the AC stop working this past summer one of the hottest days during the weekend and we got someone come out here pretty quickly to replace the part and work with us. They did honor the service card that we received and was honestly done within 1 hour. Very fortunate for these guys and highly recommend them.

While I'm not at liberty to put anyone's safety at risk if this is an issue that you have had and you witnessed my street/ road conditions why not just decline the service instead of making me continue to wait only to be told after day 2 that you can't service me. And the only concern you have is that you have had 2 technicians come out to waste time and money. Nevermind the fact I have no normal heat running.
