I was impressed with Larry's construction knowledge and inspection thoroughness; especially on major items such as air conditioning, heating , wiring, plumbing and roof. His knowledge of appliances and inspection of them was impressive. He was most patient answering my many questions during both inspections. He used several tools needed for a modern professional inspection such as the condition of the foundation/slab. He took the time to explain what was important. His written report was well written without any surprises. He followed up after the written report and gave ample opportunity for discussing any matters. We had them out today for a home inspection on an investment property we had an offer on. I had a bad feeling about this property so I decided to get an inspection. I sure am glad I did. Our inspector found multiple problems with the home including a slab leak, and an FPE panel that is actually a fire hazard. Needless to say we pulled our offer on the home.
