Henry was called out by a company that was unable to repair a cabinet they had to tear up to get a water heater that wouldn't fit through the original door frame. They arranged to have him come out the day after the demo was done and he showed up right on time. He was very professional, organized and considerate of both me and my neighbors, mixing paint and doing any of the noisier work down at his truck instead of in the sound-conducting courtyard. He even let me watch and explained some of what he was doing for my own DIY knowledge. I think he was done in less than an hour, swept up the any debris and was on his way. My real estate agent and I were unable to detect that the door and frame had ever suffered any damage even though bottom piece had moulding that had been torn. She was impressed enough that she asked for his company contact for jobs she will need. Henry taught me that you can thin out drying paint which was what he had to do in order to fix the adjacent wall damage that had happened during the demo. The only bucket of paint matching the living room walls was drying out so he gave me a nice big piece of dried paint in order to get more matched at Home Depot. All around a great experience!
