My bro,…read moreyou called from the company phone The biggest red flag apart from experience - the "reconditioning." Corollas already have manufacturer paint defects, but that's beside the point. When you see bubbling rust, painted over with touch up in 5 places AND bare metal showing? No. There are no excuses for this in auto. According to them, "you aren't looking for a used car." I do acknowledge used cars are not perfect. However, when the 160-point inspection marks there are no paint imperfections, chips, or rust, this is obviously an issue. Sketchy stuff. Lowest quoted trade-in, illogical reasoning, terrible repairs (rust, which will inevitably get worse and rack up a bill), and typical salesman predatory questioning. They don't like you skipping their bait to the point of visible frustration. This is my experience, but ofc you do you. Best of luck to anyone out there looking for cars and extra luck to those who come here. PS - use the energy in being offended to clean ya ceilings, hella cobwebs for a "successful" dealership lmaooo

It took 3 trips for them to get the paperwork right to buy the car and I traded in my old car and it took them 2 additional weeks to pay off the loan on my old car costing me another $600. Even worse, the car I purchased final price was $4k over the advertised price. The sales and finance personnel were extremely poor with communication. I never got a response from the on the payoff of my old car in 2 weeks. Read the fine print beware of excessive fees.

He said they had several used Fit models and set me up for an appointment to see it. I told him my budget outright because I didn't want to go back and forth to negotiate. I was skeptical about Florida Fine Cars before but decided to give it a try. When I got to the office, they set me up with another employee named Thiago. I told him that I am looking for the Fit and and also asked him why is it that the orange Fit's Carfax history shows that the car was noted Black. He didn't know why. I only spent a few minutes there because they couldn't work with my budget even though I had called beforehand to let them know. I didn't bother to see the cars but am still glad I had this experience to compare with my other car-shopping experiences.

The man who answered the phone got angry with me and raised his voice and said "THAT WAS 25 MIN AGO SIR, GIVE ME A CHANCE TO DO IT!" Then as I was responding to his raised voice, he hung up. I don't like write these types of reviews, I like to give everyone the benefit of a doubt, but I wouldn't recommend buy from these people, If I could give a NO stars I would. but my one star means NO stars. PJ Hanson Follow up, the orginal sales textex me back and said He thought I hung up, I was in mid sentence responding to his raised voice and HE Hung up, but he did give somewhat of an apology, then I got a call from some one else at the dealership and I explained and gave the mans name... He appologized genuinly for that. PJ Hanson.

To start, WALK past the vulture sales guys standing on the outside stairs. They opened the foor and I walked in to pick out my salesperson. My money, my choice! A very nice salesman approached us very politely inside and we started the process of test driving and then negotiating. I like the sales guy Jorge (KIKÉ) because he knew enough about the features of the vehicle eventhough he has just started working at the dealership 2 weeks earlier. Nice young guy who was eager but also eager to learn. Throughout the sales process, there was his boss, and his bosses boss that finally had enough power to get the deal done. This is where the process stinks but it is out of their hands. We arrived at 10am on a Friday and thankfully by 3:30, I was driving off the lot with my new car. There is way too much paperwork and time wasted from the handshake deal to writing a check and finally driving away. I was drained and a little exhausted in the end. The dealership itself is nothing fancy and there are no showroom vehicles to waste selling space. Just a large indoor office with lots of tables for negotiating and some small offices for the managers. I enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and fresh popped pop-corn. Hopefully my visits for the complimentary service will be more efficient.

Please bring CASH to avoid the 3% surcharge. Cristian Iral took great care of me, didnt try to upsell and made sure my visit went smoothly. I received notifications every step of the service and even a video from the technician advising me of the results from his inspection. Total time for my service: 1 hour 10 minutes Overall, the Service Center was excellent with the check-in process, best dealership oil change pricing and step-by-step notifications of my service but there are some improvements needed. The waiting room is in dire need of a remodel, it remained nearly the same as the day I first got a car serviced here (2014). They got rid of the complimentary breakfast pastries so I ended up walking to a nearby Dunkin Donuts instead of waiting in their "VIP Waiting Lounge" if I remember the sign correctly.

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.
