Walked in, was told to sit in any chair for my pedicure. I sat & waited 20 minutes. Two people came in behind me for nails & toes & they proceeded to start on both of them. I've been here before, & never had any problems. So i got up some guy was sitting behind the desk & i told him I've been sitting over there no one has come & he looked very puzzled. He asked me to wait i told him i was leaving. The girl that talked to me at the front upon arriving took my phone number etc so i know i was checked in. I will not be returning. read more

very passive. me & my husband came im he got a mani and pedi and i simply wanted Shilac on my toes bc i went somewhere else for my hands. they bring my husband a drink & told me i couldn't have one bc my bill wasnt over $40. me & my husband are paying together...is what i tried to explain. then they bring me a cup of juice as if i wouldn't know the difference. my toe nail also cracked and the man told me i absolutely had to get powder in order for him to continue. i told him idc how short is is i don't want powder. he still did it anyways. 0/10. theyre expensive & rude asf read more

I drive all the way from midtown (35-45mins) to come see Steve & Vin. I followed Steve from another salon closer to my home, because can literally do ANYTHING with acrylic. He's also very funny & has great recommendations to accommodate your wants. I have small hands, but I'm very tall (5'10), with small nail beds. He recommended the best shape & length to make my nail bed appear longer but not fake. I go to Vin for my pedicures because I am ALWAYS breaking one of my big toe nails. He has it down to the T on how to give me my French tip without my mail appearing shorter. He also gives the best massages on your feet/legs. I'll continue to drive out here as long as these two are here! read more

I used to come here right after everything reopened during Covid and I stopped for whatever reason. My nail tech at another salon moved to another state so I bounced around for a couple years. But I'm SO HAPPY TO BE BACK!! Wendy slayed my nails for Valentine's Day. I'm OBSESSED with the shape and design. Vanessa also did a great job on my pedicure!! My parents have lived in Sienna for 12 years and I've frequented a lot of nail salons while visiting them from out of state. My sister in law and I went right before Christmas with my 8 year old niece. We each did a manicure and pedicure. They did both services at once which is a plus because it cuts down on time being at the salon. I typically do prefer this. I had a dip manicure on my nails and the nail tech used the tool to shave it off instead of soaking my nails in the remover. When she first turned on the machine, it was so fast that it hurt. I had to ask her to stop. I get a dip every few weeks so I'm pretty familiar with the process. I asked her if she was going to soak them so she did with a bag full of acetone that almost spilled on my lap while my pedicure was being done. So fast forward, during the last step of the dip manicure, she used the LED light to dry them. I HATE when they do this because yes it helps them dry faster but dip is not meant to be under the light. My nails are already cracking and peeling and it's 5 days. I'm super bummed because I love the color I picked. When my SIL called to make the reservation she asked how much for a kids mani/pedi. They said $35. When they rang her up, they charged $45. When we asked why, she said well she's too big. I said she just turned 8 on December 19th. She replied "well 7 and under is $35." I'm sorry what!?! Where is the logic? And how about you tell your customers that on the phone? I honestly felt like she made it on the spot. The services you give a 7 and 8 year are the exact same. How sketchy. I visit my parents often but safe to say, I won't be back to this nail salon. read more

So. *Inhale* This is the second time I have been here since March 2020 due to covid-19. I didn't know what kind of precautionary efforts were going to be made so I was apprehensive to come. I came two weeks ago for a pedicure and had a good experience. Decided to come again because I see that they are so wearing their gloves and masks and seat people 6ft apart. I wanted a shellac pedicure and solar full set. Sophia usually does my dip, but since I wanted solar they assigned Jay to me. Jay is FAST. LIKE... Reeeeeally fast. Fast meaning ...he took off my shellac and have me a full set solar with almond shape all in 45 minutes flat. I, in all my years getting my nails professionally done, have NEVER had a nail technician as FAST as him. If that's not impressive ENOUGH... THE NAILS ARE BEAUTIFUL! like really pretty. I am very pleased. Only 2 negatives are that he didn't clean my cuticles the way they are visually beautiful like I'm used to AND that he filed my shellac off which I DO NOT LIKE when technicians do that!!!!! BUT I'm attributing BOTH marks against him to the time crunch. I will be requesting Jay E-V-E-R-Y time. Loi did my pedicure. Ok. Here is the thing. She was really forceful and not totally friendly but I looked past it. Does a great job painting shellac. Very detailed and clean. I like the way she cuts my cuticle because I have A LOT. The marks against her are as follows: she doesn't sound time taking off callus. That's A HUGE Mark against her.i have a lot of callus and whether it's 1 week or 2 weeks or 3 weeks that I go without a pedicure there will ALWAYS be a lot of callus. Just how God made me. She kind of breezed through that. Also, I saw that someone said that she does an amazing massage ummmm...I received NO massage. Simply A VERY fast Salt scrub treatment and that was that. The only reason I received a semi massage is because I asked her to remove some callus again because what she did was not going to cut it. It was a sloppy massage. Booooo. This is the thing. If people are in a rush... Don't accept clients. I know we all have things to do outside of work. Believe me I GET IT. Still, You should NEVER make me or any other customer feel like they are a burden and an inconvenience. That's exactly how I felt. I was being pulled in every direction on my toes, feet and nails and THAT was infuriating to me. Honestly. I called before I came and they never indicated that anyone needed to leave at a certain time. *Exhale* read more

For a $$$ establishment, I do not expect to have to correct sloppy work & provide constant direction regarding simple things like nail thickness. There are a few good techs here (Tina is fantastic!) & the place looks nice but it doesn't matter if I can't spend my time relaxing because I have to micro-manage a simple polish change or powder refill. Plus, they were extremely rough with my daughter's nails. If it's too close to closing, don't take us...rushing with sloppy work is unacceptable. I've given them too many chances but this was the last straw. read more

The customer service here is terrible. The guy did my nails and literally got up and walked off to the next client. No words spoken. The owner will add at least 10-15 dollars each time for some form of upcharge. The last straw for me was that she tried to charge me $25 extra because of the type of nail polish I chose. It's obvious they don't get a lot of business and what she doesn't realize is she's causing her own karma. I will never go to this nail bar again. read more

I personally love this place. I was going to the luxe nail place across the street forever and was never super stoked about my overall service or end result. They turned me away one day so I ended up here at premier nail and I don't want to go anywhere else. They're affordable, comfortable, cozy bling atmosphere, with solid people. My one suggestion is tell the person at check in exactly what you want because they'll put you with the right person instead of wasting time putting you with someone that isn't able to do what you need done. Highly recommend. read more

Customer service is trash. Holly was very rude to me just because I asked her was it my actual nail that wasn't even or was it the nail she had placed. She answered my question then proceeded to pack her things , speak to others in a language i couldn't understand then a guy approached me to now do my nails. I was so confused as to what the issue was. You'd think she'd be bold and tell me the issue. This is my third bad encounter with this nail salon. Not to mention the up charges there are insane. One day I went and asked if they offer gelx they told me yes. I got "gel -x " nails done by the OWNER and they were terrible. They had bubbles, weren't shaped at all, as soon as I got home it fell off. I spent $220 for those nails. AVOID THIS NAIL SHOP UNLESS YOU HAVE A SET NAIL TECH THAT YOU LIKE! I'll never go there again. read more

Quality of nails is hit or miss. The upcharges are ridiculous for gel polish and sometimes you're offered a drink and other times not. Ambiance is nice and the pedicure chairs are comfortable. read more

Absolutely horrible!! I was not going to leave a review but honestly I need to prevent someone to go through the same experience I had. You can clearly see my nail through the powder they used for my french tips!!! When I told the manager/owner she just told him to add pink gel polish to cover the bottom area.....well that didn't work. The line for the design was uneven and I had to keep telling the nail tech to fix it. All of my nails were different shapes and sizes when I clearly asked for coffin. I have never had this bad of an experience with a simple french tip design. I clearly went back and got the fixed by a different nail tech and he did a better job and pointed out how the previous tech left air bubbles in between my nails!!!! That could cause fungus!! I was there for over 3 hours... that should tell you enough about this place. read more

No.. just no. I called premier ahead of time (since it was going to close in 30 minutes) and asked if there was anyway to get serviced. They quickly said yes so I showed up. As soon as I walked it I was able to get my pedicure by suzie. But then it took 50 minutes to get my manicure done. By this time they are closing up the store. The music is stopped and the ladies seem to be arguing about something right in front of me. I was offered a drink twice but never received the drink. I will not be returning. The only reason this place gets 2 stars for me is because of suzie. read more

As a frequent flyer in the pampering department, I had to try Premier Nail Bar because I was looking into new places to try in Missouri City. I'm giving this place 3 stars because 1) they didn't have massage chairs for price you're paying for a pedicure 2) they reused their buffers and they didn't have their equipment sanitized in bags for each guests 3) the techs were not listening to me when I said they were being rough and also little things I needed fixed they brushed away 4) the place didn't seem as clean especially right now during covid a lot of nail shops are taking extraordinary measures for covid-19. The work wasn't terrible but I'm also very picky. The technician left little fuzzies on my nails and the pedicure technician left my nicked on my big toe. My nails are 6/10. I'm hesitant on going back because it's close but I'm not sure I would trust the sanitary part of the nail shop. read more

I saw all of the positive reviews for this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I was so pleasantly surprised! The decor is decked out, opulence at its finest. I literally walked into my fairytale castle dreams lol. The service is a notch above what you'd expect from a nail lounge. Everyone was very happy and eager to help. There was a couple of people in front of me so I experienced about a 20 minute wait time, which was well spent at their COMPLIMENTARY COCKTAIL BAR! I repeat, complimentary cocktails, this is not a drill! The music, the drinks... this place is definitely screaming for you to grab the girls (or guys) and have a great time! Now, about my pedicure! I had Kim and she was amazing. Great touch, very personable and she was so thorough! She got my feet all the way together! Overall, I cannot wait for my next trip to Houston, I'll be right back here, living my best life. read more

The lady doing my nails was rushing and insisted on me getting dip, even asking for a tip. I explained I didn't want tips because I'm growing my nails out and showed her a picture. She needs to be taught better customer care service and trained how to speak to her clients and not have them feel as if they are dumb. People come for a massage to relax and get taken care of it. However, there are several qr codes for you to scan if you desire to access it that way. You'll find them on the arms of the pedi chairs as well as the manicure area. I was only desiring a pedicure on my first visit, which you can find four pedi pacakages that list services in detail for you to consider. However, paraffin wax is not included in any of the packages. You can still receive the service as an add-on ($10) or switch out one of the services in the package to get it. Although it was tempting to do, I decided to just get their $35 pedicure to try out the services. First off, the pedi chair is extremely high-end. I was trying to just move the chair up for my tech, but then he informed me that he actually has control over the client's chair, too! Never saw a pedi chair where the tech had control on their side. The ten pedi chairs are all brand new and the spa bowl- esquisite! The gold accents just personify a high-end spa experience. Danny, my nail tech, took such great care of my tootsies as they were in sore need of some TLC - especially after Beryl. It turns out she cut in too deep when cutting my cuticle... I also didn't like how some of the nail polish was on my cuticle... I don't know, we spend money hoping to get a good job well done and I didn't feel that way after. My family thought the service was alright too. Overall I think this place is ok maybe a different tech next time.

Run from this place. First of all, the place is borderline ghetto. My friends had been begging me to try this new place out. I finally did and never again. They were busy. They don't want to lose business so the will get you started while working on someone else and just bounce back and forth. One lady started my manicure and Jay came to finish. Jay got 75% done with my mani and said, "I'll be right back". I looked at my watch and said to myself, "I'll give him 10 minutes". Time was up and Jay was MIA. I went to the front and asked where he went. We looked over and he was doing someone else's pedicure...in the middle of my manicure! I let the owner know that was not acceptable. They told me to have a seat and he would be there shortly. When he finally sat back down, it had been almost 20 minutes since he abandoned me. Once he started again, it took only 6 minutes for him to finish. Then I go to pay. The "owner", a young Caucasian guy was so rude to me. I told him I refused to pay full price for the shenanigans he put me through. He started saying things like, "you must not be from around here" or "you must not be a business owner because we are busy and you don't understand that". Needless to say, me nor my girlfriends or their friends will be back. Sienna has a nail salon on every corner and no one deserves the disrespect I received from them today. I live here in Sienna and I honestly have NEVER EVER been to a better place with the best staff. I LOVE it here. Honestly! The entire salon is incredibly clean and pristine, it smells really good, not just like acetone and everything else you would think of. They take such amazing care of everyone there, and I was in awe, because most of the time I go somewhere to get my acrylics, they normally come off really really thick, but not with Emmie! For comparison, that is getting close to what I would expect to pay for an entirely new Gel-X set back home. And the $10 "length" charge makes absolutely no sense to me. I did NOT ask for additional length. The length of my nails was not adjusted or extended, and there was no additional shaping done to justify a $10 charge. My nails essentially stayed the same length they came in at. My biggest issue isn't even the $15 gel polish charge. It's the lack of transparency with the pricing. If an advertised $35 acrylic refill can turn into a $60 service through additional charges that weren't clearly communicated to me, that feels extremely misleading. I left feeling like I significantly overpaid for a very standard fill service. No bueno.

The customer service by the owner has been rushed and she is often moody. She changes the shape of nails to what she thinks they should be and is pushy when it is time to select color. She acts rushed but there is noone waiting? I initially chose this salon because I thought they would provide a spa like experience in a family environment. It is a family environment, like a bad Thanksgiving dinner.
