The front desk staff is fabulous and sharp! Payment is made easy by having a card on file. Appointments are never a problem. And getting a discount on your first service was a very pleasant surprise. I can think I am beginning to see the benefits of regular waxing and so I will continue to use their services. They do offer packages. I didn't opt into this service but I may in the future. *Note they do have a 9 min (NINE MINUTE) late rule. Don't be late or you will be rescheduled.

I arrived for my appointment with the remnants of an acrylic manicure from my previous salon. The staff at Nail Forum greeted me, immediately making me feel welcome. My new nail tech, Pa, took the time to explain the issue and we started over with new acrylic on my nails. I left the salon after an amazing experience and beautiful, perfect nails. Yes, perfect. After two weeks, it was time for another manicure (though my nails were still flawless). I'd scheduled a pedicure, as well, and brought my boyfriend along for a pedicure. He had an upgraded pedicure featuring CBD products; mine was a collagen pedicure. We both loved our pedicures!
