Extremely consistent with time management and coordination and even went out of their way to educate me on my car!!! That reflects honesty ! I don't even want to give them one star! The entire 45 minutes I was there, they tried to sell me things I did not need. After the oil change they offered to reset my oil change notification light. I told them that I didn't have a light that it was a sound and words that came across my dashboard screen. I said I am sure it will not come on after the oil change. The guy proceeded to ask someone anyway how to reset it (after chuckling) and one of the guys said, "that is the door making the sound, duh!" Then all of the guys in there started chuckling. I know that I am not stupid and that it was NOT the door making the sound. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I will NEVER go back there. I would have given them five stars originally because the service was professional and quick, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, after paying to have my transmission fluid drained and replaced, they didn't tighten the cap correctly, and I developed a leak that I didn't have before. After driving 750 miles, I had to find a transmission shop to look at my car and address the leak. It was a quick fix, but I didnt have the time or money to spend on something I had already taken care of! Thank goodness it didn't cause any damage to my engine or transmission, but what a pain! Might be ok for just an oil change but I won't be taking my car there again. read more

My 16 year old daughter went in for an oil change on our Ford Expedition. She asked for an oil change only. They offered several other services that she declined and when all was said and done she came home with a receipt for $60.00. This of course made my husband look over the receipt carefully, what he found was shocking. Not only did they charge her for an engine sealant, but they put in 5/20. It's a 5.4L V8 you don't put in 5/20. They should know that. And if that were not bad enough, they tried to up-sell her on a transmission fluid change while she was there. They went so far as to bring a "sample" of our transmission fluid up to her. They produced a sample that was pitch black, placed it on some cardboard with a spot of fresh red tranny fluid and told her that's what it's supposed to look like. She declined but took a photo of the samples to show her dad in case it was needed. Once he got home he saw the photo and of course ran out to the Ford to check the tranny fluid. Yeah, shocker, it's bright red. Amazing since they didn't change it and had made such a big deal about it to my daughter. What this comes down to is they saw a 16 year old girl come in and thought "cha-ching" we can take her for a ride. They have offered to change the oil for free since they put in the wrong oil, but I wouldn't allow them to touch my cars again. My husband will just change it himself. Think twice before you go here. If they did this to my daughter, they are doing it to other people. read more

Went in for my oil change and found that the last people who serviced my car had filled my transition with the incorrect fluid. The man in the pit said that the side of the transition said the type of fluid required and the fluid used was the same kind in my differential. The two are completely different. They managed to service the transition in a timely manner and I appreciate that they caught the error before any serious damage occurred to my transition. Fast and clean. Went in for a oil change and new transmission change they did all that and checked all fluids ..then 2 days later my radiator started leaking and the oil filter was loose and covered in oil haven't checked the transmission yet that's next ..my car has a brand new engine and radiator and transmission and had no problems till I went here and they oiled all my doors and whatever the used on them ate all the lube too..if you value your car or truck do not go there ever read more

I have a dodge diesel and they charged me $158 to change my oil and fuel filter ($79.99 for the fuel filter) which you can pick up at auto zone for $17.99-$25.00, what ever tho it's the price you pay having someone else do it for you. Now it seems that when they pulled the fuel filter they let diesel run all over the engine compartment because it has a very strong diesel smell which you can also smell through the air vents in the cab of the truck. Then to top it off motor oil is running down my frame rail and all over my tie rods. Over all review is that they were very fast getting it done but extremely messy when it comes to swapping out the filters. I paid to have a professional service done so I didn't have to get dirty doing it my self and now I have to go power wash the underside of my truck off to get all the oil and fuel off that they spilled, as well as my driveway where I park my truck because of oil dripping. read more

I am 20 years old & don't know much about vehicles though & after my last oil change I had a 6 hour trip shrewd of me with my younger brother who has Down Syndrome. Needless to say having my brother puts a lot on me already. We travelled about 4 hours before my oil light came on. I was told my a construction worker I shouldn't drive too much further or my car was liable to blow up it was leaking lots of oil! So I pulled over in panic to find that my oil cap wasn't on. I went in to get my oil changed they arced my starter causing it to smoke and when I asked about it one employee said they were spraying something while the other said they arced it somehow. Then after that they unhooked my battery without explaining anything to me, my windows up and its hot. Finally 20-30 minutes later they tell me whats going on and that I should go straight to a mechanic to make sure everything is ok. While they reimbursed me I went to see the mechanic and he said there was an oily mess all over my engine. Transmission service($80) changed fluids. They did NOT replace the filter. Normal service ONLY drops the pan and replaces filter. It is what is expected in a transmission service. They can run more cars through, and make more money by shortchanging on service. Plus, they try to up sell services and additives at about $12 per additive. Plus they rush the sale and keep asking if they are doing a good job to get you to be thinking that they are. I liked Oil Can Henry's much better. They said Oil Can Henry didn't pay 6 months rent.
