I have to say I have mixed feelings about Premier, my daughter has been coming here for years and It kind of had been a mixed bag. While the staff for the most part is really friendly and professional, I do get the impression when I call sometimes if I myself or they have to reschedule that they aren't concerned in the least how long you have to wait to be seen. No efforts or sense of urgency from the staff at all. If your appointment is two more months away they don't care. No wiggle room at all. Suffice it to say, overall I'm happy with the service but I couldn't be happier this experience with them is almost over. They did work with me on payments though. read more

This place is the absolute worst. If you can avoid coming here don't. Its like a clinic, they do not care about indivisible patients, your time or your money. we have had to come back several times in one week because staff does not do their job correctly. The doctor does not care for his patients. My sons brackets come off in his sleep and the doctor tried to tell me that's fine he can just swallow the metal and it will digest as good. are you kidding me? Thats the solution for this place? we have had to come back multiple times over the years because the work in the orifinal app it met was not done correctly. My dentist referred us to Image Orthodontics for my son's evaluation. I wasn't sure why my son needed braces but an Orthodontist Dr. Zhanna Konovalenko showed us pictures and x-rays, draw on it to explain how my son's teeth were moving and why he needed treatment. If I could give them zero stars I would. I made my daughter an appointment for an orthodontic consult. They cancelled it just a few mins prior saying the doctor worked sick the whole day, but couldn't make it all the way through. Pandemic anyone? THEN they rescheduled me to a Saturday at 8am. I showed up and the place was locked up with gates. The workers finally showed up, disheveled and unprofessional. When they went to check my daughter in they thought she was there for cleaning and X-rays. When I said I was there for ortho they said there was no orthodontist on the weekends. Why did you they schedule me then? As I am sitting here writing this review, they have now called my phone and hung up on me 3 times. Unprofessional, unorganized and unacceptable. They will not ever get my business and if you have a choice, you should not give them yours. They just called again and BLAMED ME for scheduling incorrectly. How can you mess up " I need to schedule an ortho consult". She then hung up on me when I asked how that was my fault they messed up? read more

I went to Premier to find out my options with a baby tooth that had not come out (I'm 38). I was told my only option was to get Invisalign or braces. I was told that I had to make the gap where my baby tooth was larger so that they could fit a screw in tooth. I asked if there were any other options multiple times they said no. 4 weeks into the Invisalign my first tooth broke I called premier they said that it was normal and that I should go to my regular dentist. At this time I had just started a new job so I had new dental insurance and I went to a new dentist who told me that I didn't need Invisalign and that they could totally put a bridge in. Which would cost me about $3,000 less than the Invisalign. They fixed my tooth and I went on with my business. Two months later still using Invisalign another tooth cracks. I had to go back to my dentist and get that fixed. So basically I stopped using the Invisalign because every time I called premier they said it was normal and call my dentist and that would cost me more money. I'm still paying on the Invisalign I'm not using and when I call premiere for any information they act rude and very uppity. Getting my bridge soon which would have already been done if Premier would have just told me that I had that option. Don't go here!! read more

The receptionist the old lady she speaks spanish she is very rude. The way she looks at you and talks to you is very disturbing. All the other staff members are nice except her. I just personally think she hates young pretty females because they are better looking than her. Keep and eye out on her ! I cant remember her name other wise i will let everyone know. We had a great experience here... the reception was relaxed and friendly, the office was busy but the wait was reasonable. Our treatment coordinator Sabrina was helpful and knowledgeable; she gave my son and I lots of real world advice (she wears braces). She was patient with all our questions and showed us great payment options with no hidden charges. My son needs an oral surgeon first, so the orthodontist (Dr. Konovalenko) spoke with us, making sense of it all in clear and understandable terms. This office shares space with Children's Choice so if like children, irritating kid noises, cartoons, fighting siblings, baby's crying, inattentive parents and sitting in the waiting room watching people, who arrive after you, get called back before you, then by all means, this is the place for you!! I arrived 15 mins early for my 4:10 consultation. I was seated and quickly given my x-rays. I was then told I would wait 5-10 mins for my consultation. After 20 mins, I asked the front desk for an update. They assured me that it would be 10 mins. I waited for another 10-15 and was again told it would be 10 more mins. After 5pm, I was asked if I would like to reschedule, but I declined since I was again reassured that it would be taken care of by 5:15 and I would be out the door by 5:30. I was informed at 5:15 that the doctor had left for the day and they couldn't see me at all anymore. How was this even possible?? I am a new patient (clearly I will not be now) and I waited for over an hour just to be told that the doctor left. I received a call later with an apology and an offer to reschedule, which I declined. I asked to be sent my x-rays and as I was waiting for her to update my email address, she hung up on me. I will never recommend this place and I would give them a 0 if I could. read more

I have used Image Orthodontics for my daughter (traditional braces) and myself (Invisalign). The staff is friendly and the current orthodontist is very knowledgeable. I have seen a few come in every now and then that weren't as great, but overall, this is a good place to go to. They offer affordable payment plans, accept most insurance plans, and most of all deliver quality results. I would definitely recommend. Yes, as another reviewer mentioned, this place is geared towards children, but they also care for adults. I personally like the atmosphere, having children myself. My 2 year old son does much better in their waiting room than other dental offices because they have things for kids to do and a TV showing a kid movie. If you are unhappy about something, just tell the office. They will do what they can to make it right. :) read more

IF TOURE LOOKING TO STRAIGHTEN YOUR TEETH, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!! Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. I was supposed to wear my braces for 18 months and I ended up wearing them for more than two years (26 months) because they were so difficult with appointment scheduling. In order to schedule an appointment, you have to pretty much call two months in advance. Oh & even better, they don't pick up the phone when you call. I have heard their automated voicemail message so often that I can recite it in my sleep. It doesn't matter what time you call, morning, noon, afternoon; you get the "I'm sorry, if you get this message, we are currently helping other customers.....". They're so unreliable at their appointments too, there a time when I arrived on time for my appointment and the receptionist told me the doctor was too busy for me and rescheduled me for a month later even after I drove all the way there for an appointment THEY scheduled me. They're very unprofessional with their business hours, sometimes the office is closed for no reason at all. The doctors are fine, but the front desk staff is not understanding at all, they don't care about you or your braces/Invisalign and they don't work to make your experience beneficial for you. If you really have nowhere else to put your money, go to them. But if you want to save yourself headaches and frustration, go somewhere else. I'd rate it 0 stars but ya really can't so ya.
