The pediatrician referred us to 5 different orthopedic surgeons, one of them was Dr Goldman. I spent Tuesday calling all of them. Dr. Goldman's office was the only one who spent time to understand my son's situation over the phone -- What, when, who, how did it happen? Do you have x-rays? Which facility did you go to? before asking me about what type of insurance I had and collecting my contact info. Front office sent me the new patient paperwork via email and we were in the office on the same day. Met with Carlos the x-ray technician who took off the splint and Frantz the PA talked us through what the x-rays meant and what to expect. Janet did the casting. Wait was minimal. We were in and out in an hour. They took care of my son and made us feel cared for and welcome. We'll be back in 2-3 weeks and will update this review if this changes.

I went to Physical Therapy at Arrowhead orthopedics which is down stairs from my surgeon very convenient. I requested this office for its great therapist. Krista is the manager and top notch therapist. She helped me last TKR and I was there it felt like half my life with a stubborn knee. I was there 60 sessions with my first replacement this replacement I was there 12 amazing. My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! She has been there since my last surgery and she makes me laugh, and she is extremely motivating which is very important in recovery.
