Jose Carrasquillo was a great sales person, he went out of his way to help me find what i was looking for. Most business are losing customer due to employee's interaction / ignorance toward customers, but honestly this person actually listen to my requirements and try to help me find right products for my project. So far I've visited Studio 41 a few times and placed orders for most of our bathroom renovation needs. You have to remember that this place is not a regular retail store. You have to schedule an appt with specific specialist. They have different departments, like fixtures, kitchens, tiles, etc. You have to call ahead and set up time with one of them to work through your project. Sure you can walk in and look around, but it isn't set up to just expect a "normal" retail experience when that's not the model. I will say this is they do have someone at reception and they should provide guidance for those people that walk in blind and with the wrong expectations. I don't know why that wouldn't have happened. For me... We went in with an appt. The first lady we spoke to was very flustered and unhelpful. I don't remember her name, but she soon passed us onwards for an awesome person who has been an amazing help. She did a full bathroom renovation design in working within our needs. She sketched it all out on a design program and that has helped us finalize and make selections for everything else in the bathroom. She went way above and beyond in terms of helping us with design decisions for tiles, bathroom fixtures, etc. even though the cabinet / vanity is her area of expertise. Btw, her name is Beata and she's awesome. Then she handed us over to Pawel in the bathroom fixtures area and he was also awesome in terms of helping us pick a tub, tub filler, faucets, sinks, etc. He made sure things matched and that we kept our costs low. Really knowledgeable and patient with us and went through multiple complete quotes with us to arrive at our final order. The above is probably after 3-4 trips with appts each time and finally having items, colors, and selections finalized. If you do have precise measurements of your bathroom, that's a critical starting point. If you have sample tiles, etc. all of that is critical to being with you as she can only help you if you guide the direction. One other thing I'll say is as far as I can tell, this is a decent way to work with some specialists without paying an extra arm and a leg. This is the only place I know of that has the added design and recommendation services without up-charging big-time. I will say that we haven't received any of the items we've ordered yet and they're not due to arrive until later, but my above review is for the sales and ordering process. This review is not only for the line items purchased at the store. Also I would like to include the extraordinary work the sales associate provided to my wife and I. Sophia Sanchez is a superb associate. She has the ability to take your idea and make it come to fruition with every detail. We were able to have our bathrooms completely renovated down to the towel rack etc. Here's where the outstanding work came into play is when she worked the line item prices. We had been there earlier during the month and spoke with a different associate and didn't feel the same energy nor did we see a significant change in price. Sophia went above and beyond to get us the best deal. She has superb people skills I would recommend anyone to use her as their associate. Sophia Sanchez will make your dream come true. Used their services to redo my kitchen . Order arrived missing a few items. Wrong cabinet inserts. Terrible communication. The agent doesn't and never answers her phone calls nor email. My My My. I ordered windows in the mist of this pandemic and the windows originally was supposed to take 4 to 6weeks. Needless to say it only took 2 weeks. Before I left the store I asked Ms Demetria if there was anything she could do to expedite the order. I'm completely renovating my apartment and I needed to make every decision for a large master bathroom with separate rooms for the tub/shower, the toilet area, the area for the sinks and two large walk in closets. I also needed to completely redo a powder room.  Lupe Mercado spent about two hours with me on two different occasions. She designed a vanity for my master bathroom and helped me select toilets, the tub, faucet, sinks, items for the shower, countertops, hardware for the kitchen and the like and created a comprehensive price list with pictures of all items selected. I've never written an email about customer service to anyone before. Lupe was fantastic. She was patient and focused on what I wanted. After asking questions about my preferences, she never once tried to push something I didn't like on me. She explained how different price points worked but when I gravitated to some items that were on the more expensive side, I didn't feel like she was pushing me to the most expensive class of items in every category. Instead, she let me walk around and point to any item I liked. Every time I made a decision I felt like she got me closer to the next item I wanted pretty quickly because she had more information about me. Although I didn't have an appointment to see her the first time, she never made me feel rushed or that I was wasting her time. The overall sense I got from Lupe the entire time is that she wanted what I wanted and she was willing to take the time to help me make some irrevocable decisions. So disappointed. We are in the market for a brand new kitchen, and heard a few people mention Studio 41. My husband and I walked around for 30 mins and not one employee greeted us, some even avoided eye contact. I counted at least 6 employees, one was even talking about a new tattoo that he saw on a girl. We came in ready to buy everything and left with a bad taste in our mouth. read more

I love the people at this Studio 41 location! Our Emtek lock latch broke and we went to see if they might have the part we needed. Not only did they spend time looking for the part, they found it and gave it to us no charge! We didn't even buy the original lock from them. We think the woman helping us was named Karen and she was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend doing business here! read more

Would like to give zero stars but Yelp won't let me. No one returns my calls or emails. This is the most bizarre situation I have ever encountered. I physically went to the store to look at door hardware and met with a salesperson and spent a good 30 minutes there talking to him about it and getting information. I then called (leaving voice mail) and emailed this person to place an order and no response whatsoever. I had to physically go to the store again to place the order. I then called (leaving voice mail) and emailed 4 weeks later to check on the status of the order. Once again, absolutely no response. After calling again and being transferred repeatedly I was finally told that my order was not in yet and they would call me back with a status of delivery. After 2 days of no one following up, I called again and got transferred to several people and was finally told that the order did get delivered many days ago but was delivered to the wrong Studio 41 location. Are these people for real!?! Do they really want repeat business????????? read more
