The bunkers feel more like dirt rather than sand and they have a lot of weeds in them. The tee greens are in rough shape and many of the greens are less than ideal. They could use some trash cans at the start of each hole. They do have ball cleaners at most of the holes. The club house is nice. The bathrooms in the club house are nice and clean and updated. The golf carts do not have GPS. But they do have a usb port for charging things. The golf carts don't have any tees or towels included like at other courses. We didn't see the drink cart at all on the front 9 at all. Some of the holes are challenging. I'd say that this place could rate higher if they did a few small things like: trash cans at the start of each hole, cleaner port-a-potty's, including tees and towels on the golf carts, better maintained tee boxes and greens, rakes in the bunkers.
