Next, we moved to the waiting area to fill out our forms, which was softly lit and featured a fireplace, along with a snack bar and refreshments. While we waited, a staff member brought us heated pads for our necks and shoulders that carried a refreshing scent. He also checked to see if we needed anything like tea or sparkling water, which felt wonderful. Finally, we went in for our massages; we both opted for the deep tissue therapy. Note; unlike other colonic places, this is a TOTALLY CLOSED SYSTEM meaning it's safer, you never (have to) see or smell anything, and a technician is massaging your belly and working the system and talking you through the process/results the entire time. Restroom is right in the suite. Anything that touches, or even comes near, your body or the machine is ONE TIME USE and new each time. Completely sanitary. The water is triple distilled, meaning it's much cleaner than any water you've ever drunk. By the time you're done with the 30-45 minute session, you will feel like you are walking on a cloud. There was no quiet pre-room lounge area. We were in a small waiting room next to the manicure station and pedicure station. We were offered snacks and water. Snacks consisted of Cheetos, pretzels and other variety of chips. It reminded me of snacks to pack in a kids lunch. While in the waiting area (small love seats) we noticed the wear and tear of pedicure stations, patched with several layers of duct tape. In the facial room I had a brief consultation with the staff. I had a hard time even finding the chair in the small room as it was so dark and the chair was black. I'm 35...I'm not usually so sensitive to darkness. During the appointment, staff took time to fill out a generic card to give to me at the end of the appointment that showed problem areas and recommendations of cleansing scheduling etc. this could have been done after my appointment while I was getting redressed since my appointment was already late and the session ended early as well. Overall for the price of the day, the salon, vibe and quality service didn't match up. It seemed more like a mid-quality salon than an upscale place they are marketing. It's a very small space, so any extra people make it very crowded. I would not recommend a party more than 2.

I was able to see what kind of damage I have done to my skin with SkinCeuticals. The rep was able to tell me and recommend what would be a great fit for my skin and the best part is that I was able to see everything she saw and know what she was talking about while she was looking at my skin. All the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and services that is offered. If I ever need aesthetics done I know where to look now!
