My wife and I have had John at Premier Pool Care taking care of the maintenance of our pool and spa for the last 1/2 year or so. John is extremely competent, professional, and reliable. Over the years that we have owned our home, we have had to hire various maintenance and repair people for various types of tasks, and sometimes we ended up with people we were not satisfied with for various reasons. We have had John working for us long enough to feel confident about giving him an A+ recommendation, which I don't easily say for just anyone. He is easy to get along with, personable, and intelligent - someone whom you can easily talk with about what tasks you want done, and he understands what needs to be done and gets it done, and gets it done well. Recently we had a problem with the pool equipment not running the way it should, and we asked John to take a look at it. We were expecting some type of repair that would cost a lot of money. However, John discovered there was a very simple solution which just took him a couple of minutes to take care of, and our pool equipment was up and running smoothly again; better yet, because it was so easy for him to figure out how to correct the problem and to do so quickly, he refused my offer of money to compensate him for his service in repairing that particular problem. He could have charged us for what he did, or charged us for some repairs that were not necessary, but he treated us honestly, fairly, and with integrity. We also liked the fact that John could tailor what services he provided to us (and what he charged us) for the weekly maintenance of our pool, in order to match our particular needs, rather than charging one price for everyone on a take-it-or-leave-it basis.
