MULTIPLE ISSUES with this company. This company acquired my account from Patterson Pools and had my…read morepool for service for more than 3 months and never realized it was a saltwater pool. It only came to light when I reviewed my service report and noticed they were adding liquid chlorine and questioned why. The company wouldn't return calls so I called them. Joe the General Manager took ZERO responsibility and only blamed the technician, who Joe said was not very good and didn't know his job well. Additionally when I questioned the company on previous occasions as to why my spa was not being cleaned, they said it wasn't part of the contract. I've owned that pool for 12 years and EVERY pool company has always cleaned the spa when they cleaned the pool. Plus I never had a contract with company. Update: The owner of the company personally called me on this and took full ownership of the issue and apologized. The owner is a good guy and does care about his customers and the company. I am still not willing to go back to this company, but at least someone in a leadership position took ownership of the issue and apologized.

I felt vulnerable because I know NOTHING about pool care and felt someone could come in say and charge what they wanted and I was going to be at their mercy, I also knew finding anyone would be tough on short notice.... I called Matt on a Friday and explained that I needed someone out to my home before 4th of July (Tuesday). Instead of over promising, he politely explained he was not available before then and even recommended another pool company that may be able to fit me in... Before I could reach out to them, Matt texted me back as he had an opening in his schedule... He came out and started working on the pump. He had to come back as I didn't have the grotto filled with water. I felt terrible that I had wasted his time as he couldn't run the pump without water (rookie mistake on my part). He said to fill it and text him when it was finished. ThInking he wasn't going to be back the same day, he came right back once it was full about 2 hours later... He was great, explained what was going on, and he even took the time to answer some questions for me... Best part, it was a relatively easy fix and was more than reasonable with what he charged.
