I have been with Cole since the day our pool was finished by Premier Pools. I will say that for the first year while Cole took care of things everything was perfect. This last year our new pool looks like crap. It's dirty, stuff floating on the top. Our tech does not skim or brush our pool. My pool is very small, 6800 gallons. We pay a reduced rate because we need less chemicals and it is easier to take care of. However like I said, this last filter change (additional charge $140) they did not seal the unit properly. Dirt and crap all over. Also with no skimming the Dogwood buildup on our pool plugged our pool sweep. Cole came out on Monday and set a plan in place for the filter to be redone. That took place on Tuesday. Today our regular service guy was suppose to brush & skim ( that did not happen. When I text to complain Cole told me his guy had a medical emergency would it be possible for me to brush & skim. Last we had someone come by for a estimate and he told us the calcium build up on the tile (less than 2 years old) is due to chemicals being out of balance. This will cost us close to $400 to get it cleaned. I would strongly recommend you look to other pool service companies. Cole is great getting you going but does not have the support staff to keep your pool healthy & clean. One last thing is that when I have called into Cole to discuss these issues he try's to brush it off on to us. He claims his discounted services are a favor. I think in spending $1000 a year in service from his company I have the right to have things look nice!!! Steve read more

Terrible service and owner is not willing to accept responsibility for issues. Our pool cleaner stopped working weeks ago and apparently the tech wasn't aware of it which is surprising since he services the pool every week. My husband asked about getting the filters cleaned and was told they were short staffed. We had to hire another pool company to come out and clean our filters. They were so bad that water wasn't even running through them anymore. I sent an email with pictures to the owner and he had the audacity to act as if the filters weren't that dirty. He also gave me some BS that they were planning to come within the next couple of weeks to clean them. I asked for a full months refund because I had to pay the other company to clean my filters and he only offered me a refund for 1 week of service. read more
