I called on a Saturday and actually reached Touissant directly, who was hosting his daughter's birthday party. He really didn't have to answer, but he still did, listened to the issue, talked through what he thought might be going on, and promised to follow up on Monday. Which he totally did, and then came out the very next day. Once he was here, he diagnosed the problem right away, showed up with the part he suspected we would need, and fixed everything while explaining what he was doing. His rates were clear and reasonable, and the tub has been perfect ever since. Touissant knows his stuff, he is dependable and incredibly responsive, and he is just a genuinely hard-working, good person who cares about his customers.
