After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. All dumpsters on the property overflow daily, and the property has rats. Staff claim people intentionally overflow dumpsters, and post signs instructing residents to use a different dumpster if one is full, but they're all full. I have photos I've taken daily to prove staff is complicit in maintaining status quo despite overflow and rats. Residents cannot open windows due to the smell.
