I had been on the hunt for a very specific color and trim of the Honda Pilot. I was given a quote from another dealer that was very good, but it was a bit far from me. I hunted around and found what I wanted at Honda of Watertown. After going through the online sales, they said they would beat the price I was quoted. I was skeptical. I read a lot of reviews for the dealer and many of them said they were told the same thing but sales staff wouldn't honor it. But, I gave them a shot because the worst that happens is they don't do it. I'm really glad I went. I worked with Eddy and Marquise, and they did beat the price I was quoted and worked with me on the trade in value of my old car. I arranged for my brother to visit in person due to proximity, and instead of assisting, the primary salesperson delegated the interaction to someone else. Later, I personally flew from North Carolina to Connecticut to view the vehicle, only to be met with arrogance and dismissive behavior. Respect and professionalism should be standard in any transaction -- especially when a customer is clearly serious enough to travel for the purchase. I would advise future buyers to evaluate carefully who they choose to work with at this dealership.

I initially had a mobile service mount and balance the tires. Had some really bad shaking of the wheel so I took it to Middlebury Garage to check out what was happening. They are literally walking distance my house so its rather convenient. They remounted and rebalanced all 4 tires. It was still shaking a bit so I contacted them again and they were more than happy to take another look. It ended up being 3 of the 4 tires that I had were defective and even with the latest and greatest road force elite tire balancing system they were not able to get it to fully balance. They definitely put in their best effort and were honest enough to tell me that an alignment wasn't necessary because everything was already perfectly aligned. After getting new tires from the manufacturer everything has been perfect! Next time Im going to have Middlebury Garage mount and balance my tires from the start.
