Horrible experience with Miguel ! Wasted my time Clearly stated the tool came in Friday. Now being told the tool they needed arrived Monday. And the car hasn't been looked at. The whole car was here 13 days and all of a sudden they don't really work on Range Rovers. This is completely something Miguel didn't say over the phone when I first spoke to him. After the 13th day I decided to go there to see what they were actually doing with the car. I show up to see my car outside, unlocked just sitting there. Miguel tells me that they are busy due to hoists and other jobs that backed them up, and I can hang out until around 3pm to see if it can be repaired or not. Going by what he said i waited around, and the car has not moved again. He didn't know what to say and can barely look me in the eye. Wasted my time twice driving 1 hour each way (4 hours of just driving with a secondary car), and 2 tows getting to and from. Miguel has given this place a trash reputation as liars, and I really hope they learn their lesson by telling people the truth. I never asked for a deal, never was rude. I have $150,000 car and can afford the repairs. I truly hope they either tell people the truth on taking a job on or just go out of business. Update : Posted this review as I am waiting to tow the vehicle away. Owner Carlos coming out to tell me "you could have at least waited to post your f***ing review" Well what did you expect? That's what reviews are for. Whether it's good or bad, you have to take them as they come. Put yourself in your customers shoes and how would you feel if this happened to you or your family. Had my 8.8 diff regeared from 3.55 to 3.08 and Miguel suggested Ford performance gears I also inquired about a Torsen Posi-Traction carrier over the Track-Lock since the clutch packs wear out Miguel suggested the Grip-Pro Max unit.Freakin' Awesome the traction is phenomenal and the handling going up and down the mountain improved 100% now I don't have to shift as much and the new Carrier makes the tires Bite Hard.Very happy with the same day service When the work and it's results are this Good makes the investment worth while....Thanks Premier West read more

Now keep in mind these guys are crazy busy so getting in touch maybe difficult or being put on hold is gonna be common BUT they will call you back and they will answer AND it will indeed be worth every minute of your time!!! Hello people im writing this because i did as much home work as i could before I picked this company to work on my truck and from the very get go things starting going south. I made an appointment to bring my truck in at a specific time on a specific day. They did not look at my truck six days after I left it there. This shop is located in horrible area where things would go missing overnight, so they have to keep it inside every night put it outside until they looked at it. It was me doing follow-ups 100% of the time because the service writer was too busy or whatever. This is my daily driver and it's a six figure truck. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and I let them move forward with the repair that they suggested. I was upset the entire time during the entire process because of the way they handled it. Then I go pick up my truck after I paid for it and the whole interior of the truck smelt like gear oil. If you don't know what gear oil smells like it is unbearable inside of a cab of a truck. needless to say they probably step in and out of the truck with oil on their boots, etc.To this day two months later i have this odor.NOT HAPPY !!!! read more

I asked around in my Jeep group for recommended places for re-gearing, and was told about Premiere West Gears. For starters, the recommendation came from a highly reliable and knowledgeable guy in my Jeep group, but I still did my research and even called another shop. Another shop, that quite frankly, I would have trusted too, but their price was 37% higher than Premiere West. After reading all the reviews and also taking into account that being in business, you won't be able to please 100% of the clients, 100% of the time, but if you're able to please a very high percentage, then to me, that's the real deal. As these guys were working on my re-gear (Jeep XJ, 4.10 to 4.56), I was able to step into the garage and watch, and ask a few questions. They pointed out to me that the copper air line for my front locker was pinched. I examined it up close and decided that it needed to be replaced. Fortunately, Miguel said that there was enough time to get the part before his guys were done with the job. I thought, if I could pull this off by getting the part, I won't have to pay labor again to open up the differential to replace the copper line. I called on my little brother and he picked up the part at a local 4WD shop in Riverside, and delivered it within an hour. That is true customer service, not being nickeled and dimed for a little extra work. I had the Jeep out the very next day to Dishpan Springs and it performed flawlessly with the new Revolution gear set. Fyi these gears don't require the typical 500 mile break in period. left my hot rod there to get the differential serviced and I had to tow my car home. I parked the car there with no issues. I picked the car up with a knock that turned out to be a spun rod bearing. The owner said that it knocked when they started it up after I parked it. It is hard to believe that I drove it 40 miles with no knock and all of a sudden it has a knock when they start it up to move it in the shop . It doesn't just spin a rod bearing just sitting there, and I would not have made it to the shop in that condition. The car was either taken for a joy ride or revved past its limits while in their care. Unfortunately I cannot rate the work done on the differential because they ruined my engine. read more
