Absolutely, however, I desperately needed new tires & did not have anything close to the amount needed to get even a basic cheap set anywhere so it is what it is & I'm incredibly grateful for their payment plan option as it has kept me from losing my job & ultimately becoming homeless.

And Courtney responded to my inquiry fairly fast even when they were closed, which most companies don't do. And then they listened to my request and found me a cost efficient tire and it came in overnight, they also assessed the issues I was experiencing and fixed it. All around 5 star service by Courtney, Allen, the other gentleman at the desk, and even their technician. Their technician took me into the shop to show me what's needed and was super professional and nice. Their office, waiting room, AND their shop was super clean. Another thing I want to mention, was while I was waiting for my car in the lobby (which wasn't long maybe 30 minutes)--the ladies and the people at the front desk were PASSIONATELY re-decorating the lobby/wait room. Putting a lot of thought and care to customer experience and presentation. Not sure if they're the owners, but says a lot about the company to me in my opinion. If you drive a AWD vehicle and have an issue with one tire this plan really makes a difference. I f your tires are 3/32 different between your other tires and a new tire you need to replace all of them on a AWD vehicle If you bought the tires warranty you're able to get them all replaced. They were quick and affordable as usual except when I got to work I noticed that I still needed one tire but now I needed a passenger side tire. After further investigation I noticed that the tire was actually the one that I had originally showed up to replace. When I confronted them with this information they didn't do anything about it and now I'm left with the same 2 tires I drove in with. If you do choose to still go to this place watch them very closely. He even took the tire that was on my car and dunked it in water to make it look as though he had put on a different one. Extra shady!
