This place looked questionable based on the location and its appearance when I pulled up... but the two employees were polite, and the quoted price for an alignment on my 4x4 Grand Cherokee was more than fair--even though they were closing in less than an hour and had other vehicles they were working on. One of the workers did a quick test drive, then started on the alignment right away without delay, did another test drive, and got me out of there in less than 40 minutes. I needed the alignment fixed before my road trip to Oregon because my steering wheel was off-center and the vehicle was pulling to one side. I do wish they had shown me the before-and-after numbers for camber, toe, caster, and thrust. Yes, the Jeep now drives straight, but I can't say for certain if all the alignment angles are truly well-balanced--or if they just made minimal adjustments to get it to track straight. I would still recommend them and will most likely return for another alignment service on my other Jeep after off-roading. read more

Came in for tire replacements . I brought my own tires had the guys change them but he was giving me random numbers off the top of his head. I ended up doing it and when everything was done he tried to give me a different pricing. They left my tire sensor on due to the fact they basically broke one when replacing tires , He then told me i had to replace all four sensors and gave me a high price after everything was done. I just don't think it's right. He told me it would last 35-40 mins and took 1 hr & 30 mins while they were all messing around joking with each other . All the customers were all standing outside annoyed. I don't recommend coming here at all !! read more

Pioneer Automotive is exactly the kind of shop that gives the industry a bad name. They told my daughter they'd call by 11 AM with an update -- never did. When I showed up myself, they suddenly "were about to call" and claimed the alternator was the issue, quoting nearly triple the normal price for the repair. Even after declining, they charged a $75 diagnostic fee for something any mechanic would identify within minutes. It's disappointing to see them take advantage, especially of a young girl who trusted them. read more

The guy quoted $170 for 2 tires total on the phone. Mediocre tires that cost $70 each online. I come in person and said I needed an alignment and I said thats fine. My total ended up being $289 with tax. And he said oh I have to $15 charge per tire. And I said why didnt you tell me that in the call? You didnt tell me that at all until the very end. Thats the mf problem. When you say one thing and try to add fees that you NEVER mentioned in the earlier communication. And he tried to lie and gaslight to cause confusion right in front of my face and acted like a total immature kid, it was embarassing. The family before me told me the SAME thing that the guy tried to upcharge them and what they said on the phone was not the same in person. Big effing flag. Learn to be a man and communicate with honesty than be a liar. I couldve bought some better tires and pay the same price. It cost nothing to hold yourself accountable and respond like a man. I hope you get karma for that if thats how you speak to customers. Terrible communication. ALSO, he failed to write the services on my receipt, which an auto shop is supposed to, and he gave an ugly attitude for me asking to do so. If you're a girl, RUN. Dishonest people who dont care about providing real and genuine service. Shitty person and service. & dont be afraid to get LEGAL involved if this shop is doing suspicious activity. read more

. I went to this shop to replace my cabin filter and brake fluid. At first, they quoted me $100 for everything. However, after finishing the job, they charged me $125. I did not agree with the price, and they threatened to remove the filter if I didn't pay $125. Do not take your vehicle there! they give you warranty and if something happens they don't care... they had my truck for more than a week and they did not do anything to it, i guess they were waiting for the warranty to expire so they wouldn't have to deal with it. Went for an alignment, they told me and my boyfriend we needed tires were like okay cool not today though bc i drive far and i wanted to get prices on brand new tires. The guy called and said he couldn't do the alignment bc of that so we just said we'll take the car and then the sales guy says they already did the alignment when he had just said he couldn't do it bc of the tires. We ask him why he told us he couldn't do the alignment and then did it we both knew he hadn't done it he was just lying and trying to be scammy. So once he did that we didn't even bother asking about new tire prices bc he's getting all mad saying that car is all "effd up" and all these things & saying if we can't pay he'll just reverse the alignment. We question him he gets all riled up goes to the back with the guy and comes back and says just take the car essentially airing out he didn't do the alignment to begin with. We would've went back to ask prices for new tires if he was just honest and nice but instead he's calling us broke and saying my car is messed up in his weird way luckliy my boyfriend is calm and collected bc i was genuinely so mad.He needs to learn to be professional. that's def not how you'll succeed getting business. read more

Good Experience all around. I have an 02 ford that needed repair. Ford dealership couldn't find the parts to repair and let my truck sit for almost 2 weeks. I'm lucky I found Pioneer Automotive. I worked with Ivan. He got me in the same day I called him, diagnosed issue next day. Few days later I was back on the road at less than a 1/3 the cost of what Ford was charging. He was definitely busy but reassured me I could have my car towed over and he would check it out. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
