Absolute Nightmare dealing with Premiere Motorcars. I bought a used car here with outside financing and a trade-in. The dealer had placed plastic floor coverings over the carpet. When I removed the plastic at home, I discovered a hole cut in the carpet actively hiding severe mold growth and a quarter-inch of standing water underneath it.I returned the vehicle immediately. The manager, Mike, inspected the vehicle, acknowledged the water stating it had never been in the rain, accepted the keys, returned my trade-in, and refunded my down payment--fully and mutually dissolving the contract. However, after the deal was unwound and they had the car back, the dealership took a digital PDF copy of the credit union check I had emailed them for verification and electronically processed it without authorization to bypass a physical stop-payment order. They illegally took $30,000 in bank funds for a car they already had back on their lot. When the credit union forced them to return the money, they shorted the bank check by $151 for a fake "breach fee" and refused my phone calls. I was forced to pay the $151 out of my own pocket just to protect my bank standing. Formal dealer fraud complaints have been officially filed with the Illinois Attorney General, Illinois Secretary of State Police and the Better Business Bureau. Be very careful doing any business with this company you will never get on phone with owner they just transfer you around and he always says he is away on vacation. I have filed a formal complaint with the Illinois Attorney General on this matter. I am 69 years old and went to buy the last item on my bucketlist: "the Corvette of my dreams." I was sold a 2003 Corvette under false pretense...Premiere Motorsports of Plainfield IL did not disclose this was an "mileage exempt car title," but rather, deceived me and fraudulently, was assured by the dealership salesman (Ross or Russ, a former sheriff's deputy) this car would be titled as advertised: with 65,217 miles on the odometer...This was repeated by the dealership's finance manager (Amira Yousef) as she told me at closing: "This car will be titled as advertised: with 65,217 miles on the odometer" and again, she did not disclose to me this was an "mileage exempt car title," An exempt title literally destroys the value of this car and makes it worthless to me as a classic car investment...I want a full refund...I WILL NOT QUIT...You will here from my lawyer next...Greg Severin read more

He spoke in a condescending tone and probably just assumed I couldn't afford one of their 10 vehicles in the lot. Heading to spend my money elsewhere. Some of these low reviews here seem pretty suspect, I bought a Jeep Cherokee from Premiere two years ago and have no issues with it so far. Overall, great group of guys who work there, easy to work with and they have some of the best prices. Pre-owned cars oftentimes are hit or miss, even new cars sometimes turn out to be "lemons" or have early issues but I've had no issues with my Jeep so far and Premiere was transparent and honest about the car when I purchased it. Will be buying from these guys again when the time comes. Thanks guys. read more

BUYER BEWARE especially if buying online. We bought online so unfortunately didn't get to see the machine in person. Our mistake but it was listed as brand new 1 mile what could be the harm in that? Well they are not honest about the mileage about what's actually on the vehicle. I bought what was supposed to be a new 2023 Vanderhall Carmel GTS and it was advertised and listed as having one mile. There is a break in method you have to follow for the first 200 miles. When we received it a week later after purchasing it arrived super dirty inside and out, body damaged/scratched, the check engine light was on, and it had 178 miles on it. When I asked about the mileage I got 2 different answers. The Vanderhall corporate office said that was high as well if no test rides were done like they stated. The dealership took it back and supposedly fixed it but after getting it back a month later it had almost 100 more miles on it and now leaking a red fluid. The dealership will sell you a lemon and not help get it fixed. Corporate was talking with them trying to get them to help assist in the lemon they sold me. There are laws against selling something to someone that is supposed to be new and it doesn't run. I bought the vanderhall in July and have gotten to drive it twice with each time it breaking down. It's been over 2 weeks since I last talked to the corporate office so the dealership obviously isn't going to do the right thing and help us with the lemon they sold. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased vehicle as is. Was assured that the vehicle went thru a vigorous inspection by Premiere Motorsports and that the vehicle had not been in a wreck. Had car inspected before getting licence plates & learned that passenger side strut was leaking and mechanic asked if the vehicle had been in a wreck. I said that I was assured that it had not. So, replaced front struts for $1400 (Cadillac Escalade) and moved on. Next, took vehicle to an auto collision repair to have a few dents/dings fixed, paint touched up in places and front bumper repainted. Learned that the headlamp assembly was busted, mount panel busted and the front bumper could not be remounted because of damage from a wreck. Had to purchase a new bumper/assembly headlight assembly, etc. So, another $3200 on top of what I already budgeted for touching up paint/dents. Attempted to alert Premiere owner and salesman that someone didn't do their job when inspecting the vehicle. Neither would return my calls. They have a young man fielding their calls. What should have been the car of my dreams has been a nightmare because of these individuals. Also, paid cash for the Escalade and took 3 weeks to get the title. Excuses were they don't keep titles on property so, will pick up from the bank to don't know why it's taking so long for the bank to send to them to this has never happened before. I wish that I could give a minus 10 rating. I would advise that you purchase a vehicle elsewhere. read more

Beautiful Garbage!!!! Rating is less than one star! Purchased a car from them for my college kid. Paid cash was told cars are throughly inspected in less than a month had to pay out over $3000 in repairs, several leaks, issues with the turbo charge and replaced thermostat. Was disappointed to spend so much on repairs early in contacted them about the issues and received the run around on how they would try and make things right after speaking with the owner never received a call back in addition to they were very dishonest I asked them before purchasing did they have a repair/ mechanic on site because typically when purchasing a pre-owned car repairs may be needed and the dealership is willing to work with you on getting repairs done I was told yes they did. Which was not true!!! Extremely disappointed purchased a car for my teenage kid that has been unreliable and unsafe. Don't buy from them!!!! Beautiful Garbage!!!! read more
