Had a big family graduation dinner there last night. Buffalo chicken egg rolls and pepperoni arancini's to start, both delicious. I ordered chicken parm. They did pound down the chicken and prepared it perfectly. My only complaint is the sauce. As an Italian I never put sugar in my sauce. I get it, but this sauce had that too sweet tang to it. Personal opinion here only. Service was outstanding. Our server was polite, efficient and professional. I'd definitely recommend this place. Honestly my experience here was just ok. The vibe when you walk in is great, it feels very 'cool' and makes you want to sit and grab a drink. We sat down for a full meal and nothing really stuck out. The drinks were ok, very pricey. The calamari appetizer was by far our favorite dish - the sauce was amazing and I would happily order another one (unfortunately to save room for dinner/dessert we didn't). For dinner we tried the shrimp scampi and chicken parm...they were fine but lacked in overall flavor. Not worth the hefty prices of $24+ each. For dessert we split the pistachio cheesecake, and again it lacked in flavor. If my eyes were closed I wouldn't have known it was pistachio at all. A main highlight of our experience was the service - our server was so great with answering our questions and helping us decide what to order. She was so friendly and always checking on us throughout our meal. It feels like Premiere on Broadway is trying to be a north end restaurant outside of the area...I don't think they hit the mark just yet. read more

Came here with neighbors a few months ago on neighborhood night when all food was 50% off, and I still think we paid too much for the quality of food we got. Server was nice but service itself was slow - I think the kitchen was overwhelmed. It took over an hour after getting our appetizers to get our dinner. We split a few appetizers, which were fine. For the main course, I got the gnocchi, which was drowning in butter and the only thing I could taste was the smoked mozzarella. My husband got the chicken parm, one of his favorite dishes, and unfortunately he said it tasted like rubber and jarred sauce. My neighbor got a pasta and ribs dish, and she said the ribs were extremely dry. We decided to try the dessert sampler, which was just a bunch of typical frozen desserts from Restaurant Depot. Skip it. The live music was a nice touch, if too loud at times. I hope they've worked out the kinks since we visited, but I would not return. Tasteless and overpriced. read more

I did food take out from here and left. Had a shrimp scampi that was mediocre AT BEST. I would highly recommend not ordering this unless you want extremely oily, sopping wet noodles with under-cooked shrimp. Quantity was less than average. Really disappointing food. The environment inside is what seemed to be the biggest attraction with a few lights, the bar, and very very loud music. They advertise themselves as Somerville's hottest new bar, so I'm sure they'll get some good business for a bit but honestly, unless their food offerings get better, the vibes are not worth it. I was planning on dining in but street parking was not easy so took out instead. I went the day before St Patty's day, so it was decorated with all kinds of green and shamrocks. I noticed inside there was a band in the back for a private corporate event, which may explain the lack of street parking. The band was very loud, I'm not sure how it was enjoyable for the other patrons dining in. I got the shrimp scampi, it was good but not knock your socks off. It needed a little more salt and a little lemon to brighten the dish. I was pleasantly surprised there was a fair amount of shrimp, usually I am disappointed by the amount. Premiere on Broadway is my new favorite place in Somerville! The food, service, ambiance was A+! I reserved a table for 7 at 8:30pm and we were sat immediately in the back room. It was a lively atmosphere with live music, dancing, and everyone enjoying themselves. I believe Dennis Taylor was performing and he was amazing! Around 9:30, DJ Lipo played music. As I write this review, I'm smiling because I had a lot of fun. The food was also delicious. I ordered the lobster ravioli and I was surprised with how fresh the lobster was and the ravioli was stuffed! We ordered arancini (4 in a plate) and buffalo egg rolls. The food was just ok. This was the 3rd time I've been here and sadly the food was not good again. We went for Easter Sunday Brunch and the duck confit benedict style eggs had way too much hollandaise and no sourdough bread as described. My husband's burger was not good. He never leaves food on plate and this time he didn't even wat half the burger. My son's chicken abd waffles were good and the cinnamon roll was yummy as was the bellini. No coffee or water refill and although everyone was friendly and owner came to our table we won't be coming back for food but will probably return for drinks and a show. read more

The food and service were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the theme nights or any kind of dj entertainment, they need to have the dance floor open and their events be promoted more to the 30s crowd. Every time I've gone the dance floor is barely packed except for certain nights that clearly regulars go to. The other theme nights like 90s or anything to that effect there isn't much people or looks like people don't know the event is happening. This past time I've gone and the dance floor wasn't used and the place was packed and the dj was set up at the front door which was extremely awkward and people could barely dance which was sad. I came with a group and expecting to have the dance floor so i could dance and i felt weird dancing at the entrance of the place,and it wasn't accessible which made the experience awkward. It would have had more appeal and make me want to come back if things were set up differently. Since i haven't had a good entertainment experience there I'm not sure I would come back for events because each time it's confusing and awkward. I love dancing and not having that accessible to me was very disheartening. And also having theme nights where everyone feels included is something that should be prioritized. I really hope in the future there are more events that have dance floor access and more inclusivity for others. read more

My husband and I walked in for dinner on a Saturday night and we were quickly seated. We had a very friendly and knowledgeable server named Joseph. I rarely drink and asked if they have any mocktails. It's not listed on the menu but they made me a DELICIOUS fruity mocktail with dried strawberry garnish. I ordered the vodka penne which was fantastic and a very generous portion size. I had enough leftovers for a second meal! Do yourself a favor and try the meatballs. They are massive, flavorful and have a great texture. Our sever informed us that their meatballs just won 3rd place in a local meatball contest held in the North End! My husband got a burger and fries which were as equally as tasty. Everything was well seasoned and tasted like fresh and high quality ingredients. Finally managed to check out Premiere, which is new in the area. I highly recommend if you're looking for a place for great live music, cocktails, catching a football game, and/or brunch. We didn't necessarily come for the live music but the band, The Nephrock, was surprisingly fantastic and we ended up really enjoying listening to them all evening. The ambience and waitstaff were really nice. I know the restaurant is new and I hope they continue to make some tweaks with the menu. The price points are really high for the quality of the food. We did try the arancini and meatballs but both dishes lacked depth and needed more seasoning. The Piadilla wasn't bad, gnocchi was tasty, and the chicken parmesan looked decent (we saw it at another table and wished we'd ordered it). Could also see ordering the charcuterie next time as the prosciutto they used in the Piadilla was solid. Supposedly Dan Bazzinotti of Bisq and Eataly is the chef - curious if he is still there because you could grab any Italian-American off of the street and they'd whip up a more authentic tomato sauce and meatballs than what we had at Premiere. We'd definitely come back to catch more live music and/or grab a cocktail. Would consider checking out brunch. Again, great ambience and really nice waitstaff. I think the menu needs a bit of work and hopefully they make some pricing/quality adjustments. read more

I usually like to dine in the Seaport area since it's closer to me but Premeire on Broadway is worth the drive and never dissapoints. I'm Addicted to their Brussel Sprouts (which I'm so happy have been added to the menu since it was a seasonal item) - the Lemon Drops are amazing and the ambiance is unmatched. I heard a lot about Premier from friends so, I decided to make a reservation. When I called the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and professional. We arrived that night and our table was ready. Our server was outstanding knowledgeable professional and always with a smile. Dinner came out timely and it was amazing, I was told that Premier had a new chef and boy did they make a great choice. Cooked just like we ordered. One thing that really stood out was the very comfortable atmosphere. Its decor is very nice, and you can tell that a lot of pride went into renovating the place. When you go to a nice place your expectations are high mine were and just when I thought they did a very good job on all points, the owner Charlie came over and introduced himself and wanted to make sure everything was the way we asked for it. Today we were driving by and noticed Premiere. We decided to stop in on a whim for Sunday brunch; what a great choice it was! We hadn't heard of its opening prior and the ambiance was so fun, and much needed in the area. The decor and live music set a great atmosphere, but it was the friendly staff and great food that really did it for us. The pesto hollandaise sauce with prosciutto for the eggs benedict is a genius play-- we're looking forward to checking out the dinner menu soon. FINALLY a fun spot for live music and energy with great food and a solid beer list. WOW!!!!! This place has only been open for a few weeks, but everything runs so smoothly. Plenty of staff, all attentive and so friendly! The seating is very comfortable, bar and booths. Overall ambiance is lively but not disruptive. Clearly, they pay attention to cleanliness and small details. The cocktails are every bit as good (or better) than the pictures suggest, presentation and taste. Extensive beer list. I will definitely come back regularly for a drink or two. The four appetizers I tried were wonderful. Entrees we're fabulous. Steak cooked exactly as ordered. Went on a Tuesday for an open mike night. Nice looking place, great stage set up and the band running the open mike was really good and kept things moving. The drinks are waaaaaay overpriced in my opinion. A can of hard cider $9.50? Ridiculous. $11 with tip. I had one and done. I had the Arancini. It was ok, sauce was too sweet for me. Waitress was kind of rude and clearly annoyed that I wanted food 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. At 9:45 we were basically kicked out of the bar. We were chatting with friends and some guy who didn't even look like he worked there (ratty t-shirt, jeans, dirty sneakers) walks up in between us and says "you gotta go". I was told everyone had to be out the door by 10 by the bartender as I was paying my tab. Never felt so unwelcome in a place before. If you go make sure you pre-game or take out a loan so you can drink! read more

They also offer outside seating that is covered in case it rains. I have been here a handful of times and have been pleased with every visit. My most recent visit was for a Sunday brunch. I went with the cheeseburger, and it came with French fries. OMG. Delicious! This burger is craveable! It is a double patty with American cheese and a house made sauce. The seeded bun is toasted, the patties are juicy smothered in melted American cheese, but crispy edges, and the sauce sets it off! The French fries were so crispy and a perfect portion with the burger. I had this burger 1 other time and have been thinking about it ever since. Usually, burgers are a very subpar choice and nothing special, but this one is far from it! Run here and definitely try the burger! read more

Stopped in to check out what looks like a cool new spot in Somerville, in an area that's been missing a decent restaurant option for a long time. This is a bar. It serves adequate food, mostly Italian, most of it seemingly coming from a freezer. The portions are enormous and the quality is so-so; the appeal here is clearly the drink menu (assuming you want fruity, sugary cocktails, they have you covered via their house specials; the bar itself is also large and can presumably make you any classic you might want). There's also a giant lounge in the back, and a stage where you can catch live music once you're not concerned about catching COVID. Fine for what it is, but nothing special. read more

It was a fun atmosphere with music and the windows open, though the contrasting audio of simultaneous live singing and Celtics game audio over the house speakers was a little much. Food and drinks are uneven. The bruschetta and mango avocado salad were ok, the squash raviolis were great. One drink (lime Rickey) was watered down and flat, but the other (margarita) was good. Met up with a large group here for dinner. There were 13 of us! Started at the bar with some drinks. The bartenders were amazing, fast, friendly. We sat at our giant table for dinner and started out with aranchinis and bruschetta! Both were delicious!! I ordered the chicken parm and it was huge so I split it with my husband. My friend ordered the butternut squash ravioli and gave me one . Might've been the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. I met one of the owners Charlie and it turns out that all of the amazing painting s were painted by him!! I can't say enough about the ambiance. Even the bathrooms are decorated impeccably. The servers are fast , helpful and always prompt with another round of drinks! This place is a ten out of ten , for sure. The stage area where the live music is played is great!! We were sitting at the bar and grabbed a couple drinks and pizza which was good and the service was good, but we were definitely disturbed eating 5 feet away from mice. I know we're in a city and mice are around, but if we were seeing them in the restaurant when there were multiple patrons still there I don't want to know how many there are elsewhere in the restaurant... definitely turned me off from going back there. read more
