We have hit the motherlode! Wusong is the shiznit and has yet to disappoint in any way (other than the distance from my home). Really well done tropical and tiki vibe, creative rotating drinks menu, and so much work clearly goes into the food offerings. It can be busy, even late on a Sunday night, so be prepared or make reservations. Go here. Often. Love ya, Wusong!

The drinks and food were awesome! I'm Filipino and some of the dishes in the menu bought back memories! It's in the expensive side because of the location but for dates or just hanging out with friends this is a good place. The server was quick, nice, knowledgeable about the menu. The interior design is also good.

I can only speak to the cocktails, as I didn't order any food (though I would love to try it soon as I've heard great things). Every drink my friend and I ordered were incredible! Creative flavors and the most adorable presentation you could ask for. Their glassware is so fun and makes the experience really unique compared to other cocktail bars. The atmosphere is pretty cool as well. It has a dark & tropical vibe that's great for a fun date night or just hanging out with friends. Staff is wonderful as well!

A little pricey, but in my opinion, very much worth it! My friend and I went here for dinner the other day. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. I got the mango sticky rice cocktail, which was served in an ADORABLE mug. The cocktail was strong ($15) but sweet like juice, a dangerous combination. I loved it and had to force myself to savor it with slow sips instead of guzzling it. We shared the pu pu platter for two, which was a bit expensive at 50-something dollars but came with a LOT of food. Plenty for two people and maybe even enough for four. The platter came with a variety of delicious things. There were chicken skewers and beef skewers, and both were cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the beef was a great medium rare. There were also scallion cheese quesadillas (yum!), crab Rangoons, and fried fish. The only thing I didn't really like was the vegan egg roll. I could really tell it was vegan, and the veggie filling was too salty for my taste-buds. We also ordered the ma la tater tots. I was skeptical about ordering tater tots at an Asian restaurant, but they were fantastic! Crispy perfection and well-seasoned with a light spice. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant offered great vibes with whimsical decor, friendly staff, and a cute menu inspired by Where the Wild Things Are.

I've been trying to come here for the longest time! It always seems to be packed or have no availability. I came with some friends on a Tuesday evening at 8:30pm because that's when we could get a reservation! They have an extensive drink list with plenty of non-alcoholic adjustments. I got the dole-whip inspired nonalcoholic and my friend got the mango sticky rice colada, which was very tasty and really did taste like mango sticky rice. The food was overall great and reasonably priced! We shared everything. The coconut spareribs were a good mix of sweet and savory and were also very tender. The tom yum wings were slightly off in their flavor to me, but still good. The scallion pancake quesadilla was fun, albeit a bit simple. We also got the beef sambal ijo noodles which were pretty large and filling. I would love to come back! The atmosphere is fun, the food and drink menus have a ton of variety, and this is a LGBTQ+/AAPI owned business!!

This place is literally a whole in the wall. The inside was really cute, food was really good. We got full after that, a bit pricey. Drink was a little too sweet but it was still good

Beyond amazing - some of the best food we've ever had in the absolute coolest setting. Gorgeous style. Think tiki meets elegant meets cool. Tapa style but great portion size. Amazing satay, spectacular orange chicken, pork belly bao, the freshest most flavorful summer rolls ever and a spectacular drink menu of updated improved standards mixed with beyond original creations and awesome mocktails. Can't wait to go back!

Had a lovely experience at Wusong Road. The decorations and ambiance was so vibrant. The 1980s Mai tai was delicious and refreshing. We got appetizers to share. The chicken bao bun was very saucy but I felt like the chicken could have been juicer. The crab Rangoon had corn in it which was an interesting take that was a success. The waiter told us to dip it into the quesadilla dip which was a great idea. The quesadilla was savory. The tator tots were very crispy and a classic. Overall, I had a great time and would love to try the other drinks.

Our very first dinner in Boston was such a memorable experience! My friends and I were looking for a good spot, and we ended up in a restaurant that instantly made us feel like we were on vacation in Hawaii or the Bahamas. The vibe was tropical and fun, with a spacious layout that had both a first and second floor. We chose to sit upstairs, which gave us a nice view of the lively atmosphere. The restaurant was not only big but also had a little shop area where they sold mugs, tumblers, and other fun items, it added to the charm. Of course, the real highlight was the food. We tried Wusong Pupu Platter, Sweet Chili Brussels, Chicken Satay, and the non alcoholic cocktails are painkiller, mango pina colada, and saturn, it did not disappoint. The flavors were fresh, delicious, and so worth it. What made the evening even better was the overall energy, everyone was excited, happy, and enjoying themselves. Thank you so much the server even if I don't remember her name. She is the one who gave the good deal for the appetizer and drinks! It wasn't just about eating, it felt like part of the Boston experience. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the city. It's not just dinner, it's a destination.

Very nice ambiance and friendly service. Went with a reservation and were immediately seated. Enjoyed the Pu Pu platter with friends.

Vegetarian bao bun was a showstopper. We were both very impressed! Other highlights included the bok choy and gyoza. I would go back to the gyoza any day of the week. Service was great. Every question was answered and the drink recommendations were spectacular. I expected the zombie drink to be worse based on the amount of rum, but it was smooth, easy to drink and delicious! Based on the other pictures, I expected the place to be dim and dark but it was not! The music was not too loud and the atmosphere gets 10/10. Feels like the rainforest cafe! Will be back. Even the drink glasses were for sale!

I had the absolute best experience here for my birthday dinner! First of all, the drinks, they were honestly the star of the show. They all come in such cute glasses, well made, and delicious. As for food, we got the pupu platter for 2 and it was a ton of food, my favorite was the snap dragon shrimp. And you have to get the aloha slider and bao (I did the chicken katsu). They were well seasoned and flavorful, definitely need to go back just for these. As for the Dan Dan noodles, hard pass, wouldn't recommend, but everything else was phenomenal. I also liked how you can make things like the bao vegetarian friendly (don't remember if it said vegan) They also gave me a cute little basket and a cake for my birthday, definitely going back for a date night

What a cool spot and I loved their lunch combo/happy hour special. We've been to lots of tiki bars but this is certainly one of the best when it comes to their food. If you want a strong drink go with the zombie. I really liked that they rate the drinks by strength and juice. The salad combo for lunch was a good amount of food. You get a choice of shrimp, grilled or crispy chicken. Make sure to get the crispy chicken, the coating they use is awesome. Service was good and we liked the focus on detail when delivering food. The food comes in dim sum containers, very cool.

I like to give 5 stars where I can but I do have to agree with 1 of the most common complaints in these reviews: No frozen drinks. I've been to where Tiki drinks started and deciding on or around May 2024 to no longer offer frozen drinks at a "tiki" bar is insane. Either take the label off or buy a blender. Two options costing this establishment just $20 while saving it years of embarrassment and 1 star Yelp reviews. Other than that I had a great time. Nachos were fine, and the salsa was kind of fun, very thick, very dippable. Maybe extra tomato paste? Though it was certainly New England mild. Ham and pineapple pizza was yummy and thematic here at the end of the blue square ski trail #2. Yes there are children here so if that's enough for you to give a 1 star review, go somewhere else. Yes for some reason the wait staff are mostly 19 year old girls which seriously angered a man in the reviews I read. K. Yes a drink is $16, a beer $13 and a pizza $30. Our server was attentive and replenished our water for the table as soon as they were empty without our even asking. Food 5/5: every dish we ordered represented Sichuan flavors well, especially the spiciness of it! Our favorites were the eggplant with spicy garlic sauce, with the chengdu dry hot chicken and the string beans. The braised beef with Napa cabbage and mapo tofu were also delicious. Ambience 3/5: super loud. It wasn't even the music, it was that people's conversations were bouncing off the walls in a small space such that it was not possible to hear the other people in my group except who I was sitting next to. I saw several dates there and hopefully they could hear each other ok. Drinks: 2/5 overpriced and disappointing. My Negroni was ok but my husband's Manhattan tasted watery like it had been shaken instead of stirred and the melon highball tastes medicine-y. Overall a good experience because we were hungry and the food was amazing. We made up for not hearing each other well by taking an evening stroll and talking as we walked.
