Oh man, a really bad experience. I'm glad others had a good one - mine was the worst ever. Maybe he was in an angry mood?? From the moment he stepped in, just eyeballing every way to add fees. And of course, he found several. I had Jason do only one of the jobs I had planned with him because of the extra fees he tried to insert (ridiculous items, exorbitant amounts). And of course, he had a "well we can just leave now and charge a visit fee" when I rejected those extra fees. A visit fee, haha, yet another fee that no one agreed to. It was exactly like a 'hidden camera' expose or news story. After he left when I tried out his install, he did everything wrong. I re-did it myself (like putting in the hot and cold lines in reverse). And he even inserted a $10 admin processing fee (see pic) which is something I have never, ever, ever seen a handyman ever do before. Can't make this stuff up. I had such a bad experience I just bought specialty tools so I can be my own handyman. Good people - for faucets (or so many other things) you can do them yourself, just get some tools and watch some youtube vids. (See pic of specialty tool.) I'm a person of faith. MAKE SURE AND READ THE DISCLOSURES LINK. Basic install for the new double oven we needed was quoted as $289 and $50 for disposal of old one. We have stairs. When they got here, we found out it would be $25 per stair for bringing in the new double oven, and $25 per stair carrying out the old oven. An additional $800, and that wouldn't have covered if there needed to be some modifications to the cabinet. So we are up to $1139, and I am guessing there would have been several more "modifications" before they were done. Almost the cost of the oven to install. No thanks. Sent them off with a $79 trip charge and going to find someone else. Have never ever experienced anything like this before and we have had to replace other appliances recently. READ THE FINE PRINT. ***update to Jason after response: I doubt anyone realizes they need to "disclose" that they have stairs ahead of time. This dishonestly makes it sound like we were trying to hide something from your company. That being said, if you are wanting to protect customers and fairly disclose your extra fees ahead of time, an important part of your scheduling process might be *to have them ask customers if they have stairs.* I've had numerous appliances installed and have never one time had this be an issue or hidden fee before. Changing your scheduling practice might ensure you don't receive any more one-star reviews. read more

I feel I paid for a professional and got a teenage helper on double oven install. Teenage assistant did wiring, sure enough shorted and tripped the whole house. Paid extra $280 to have third party electrician re-inspect work and $299 (plus shipping) to have a Bose wave radio repaired. read more

had a wall oven installed. the installers were great. had a question about the billing. was charged a $10 admin processing fee which which was not disclosed beforehand. was also charged twice for the same part that was needed to complete the install. a total of $40. tried to chat with management twice, and the receptionist told them i wanted to chat with them, but they never responded. i see this as poor customer service. not into a loyal customer base, just into making money. i was going to use them again in the future but not now with this type of treatment. i was contacted by a company rep soon after this review posted. i got my explanations for the charges. i still don't agree with the $10 admin fee. the fact that someone took the time to contact me is important to me. shows there is a willingness to deal with customer concerns. i will keep their info for future use as i have another 22+ year old appliance that i expect to need replacing in the near future. read more

Range Hood Installation I called three companies regarding installing my new range hood. Premium Appliance responded quickly and they had the lowest fee. The company confirmed my appointment the day before the visit was scheduled. Before the visit the they sent a list of what was included in the visit and what wasn't. Very transparent and helpful. The company texted me 1/2 hour before the installers arrived. J.R. and Junior were experienced, professional, and quick. They explained everything and answered all of our questions. Started out with a phone conversation with Jason. He was knowledgeable, professional and took his time answering my questions. I needed a range hood replaced in my kitchen. Next step was dealing with Jessica from the office...I would hire her if I was starting a business of any kind. Polite, professional, and excellent follow up. Also very pleasant. I was given a time line for today and was told I'd be informed one half hour before they arrived. Sure enough, they texted me and about 30 minutes later Jason showed up...he removed the old one, installed the new one and everything worked. They cleaned up, took the old one outside in case of any leakage. They charged me what was quoted and went on their way. Do yourself a favor and do not call multiple companies. I called Jason on a Saturday, and he offered to come same day but my schedule didn't allow. We agreed on a Monday and he came out on Labor Day to install my microwave. He showed up on time and even called and texted in advance to let me know he was 15 minutes out. For Covid-19 concerned customers, he wore a face mask while in my home, even though I never requested him to do so. Very responsible and considerate of Jason. He is very professional, reasonable in price, and kept a very clean working area. He even covered my stove top with a blanket to eliminate cleanup. I got these guys through our purchase of a microwave/ oven combo from Center Appliance. We have used installers from Center Appliance before and they are always excellent. Premium Appliance did an excellent job, they were quick, safe, Polite and professional. They had to do a difficult cut to trim our wood cabinet but it came out perfect. Beware of this company! I would definitely never use this company again, as they did not deliver the service that was scheduled. Jason arrived without a complete work order with the details and would not complete the job. He refused to remove the old appliance and it haul away as previously arranged by their staff. He did nothing to resolve the situation with his company or call his supervisor. He just told me he could not do it and that his helper was too old to help him carry it out. I was left to deal with finding another company which ca used me undue stress that could have be avoided if he had done what was arranged for the installation. I made several attempts to call Premium Appliance Installation to speak with the owner or a supervisor, to see if they could resolve this by sending someone back or offer a solution and never received a call back. I would give them a ZERO for very poor customer satisfaction and relations! If you can handle the installer leaving the job after unpacking heavy appliances and make your garage or space inaccessible/unsafe and LEAVE the job? and if you can handle unprofessional unethical attitude - day before Christmas? give it a shot with this unethical installer/person/Jason a try! Of the 6 screws to fasten the rails (where the microwave would sit on top of the oven), Jason installed only 2. He missed installing the rest of of the 4 screws/fasteners, I asked to install all the screws - he told me its just a dry install; after 5 minutes he flipped and said it is the final install; he resisted to install the rest of 4 key screws. I insisted all the remaining 4 screws be installed as otherwise the microwave can possibly just fall off the rails into my kitchen floor. Jason told me, 'if you are so picky I cannot do this job and called me 'names'' + Jason left my existing oven in a dangerous state for my kids. I had to reinstall my old oven/microwave appliance intact and back in place myself. + the initial quote of $165 bumped to $750 + on the spot just before the installation can proceed, ie after getting my old combo off the wall out, and unpacking my new oven - I had no option but to say Ok to the price, but the lack of transparency from the get go on price is one of the many many issues I had with this company. + on the last scheduled date, Jason calls me to inform his partner called in sick well into my 1pm - 4pm window + several concerns.. I can NOT recommend this company and have other go through this painful experience. What a shame and waste of everyones time and left us in such bad state.. read more
