I had called Todd , 3 different times across 3.5 years for emergency same day services needed and he came through each time, getting me air that day for house full Of beloved pets. The first visit was after a full day in the august heat. He still helped me after 730pm . When I bought my forever home with no HVAC at all, there was only one person to call, Todd with family heating and cooling . Todd coordinated everything to get me gorgeous mini splits that I'm being asked about every time I have someone over and they added a 4th unit with 1 week notice of move in. Units are Top quality as is the entire team at this family owned small business . There is total confidence when you choose them for your needs, it's been proven with me every time I've used them. I don't know how he does it in the heat of summer to get to people on the same day that they call but he does because he truly cares about each one of his customers when the job is big or even when the job is small. Man, words can't describe how awesome this team is! They installed brand-new heating and AC equipment in my house, and on the second day--a Friday--they worked until 7:30 PM just to make sure everything was up and running so we could have AC in the house. I called Todd after hours when my AC stopped working. He came over within an hour and spent a couple hours fixing our AC. Prior to our AC completely stopping, we had two quotes/diagnosis from other companies. One said we needed a new unit and overpriced us for refilling the cooling fluid in the mean time. The other said what needed to be fixed was in a very difficult area to fix and we needed to check with warranty about getting a new unit. Called these guys to check out my AC when it kept tripping the breaker on a 100 degree day of course! I left a voicemail and he got back to me right away (15 minutes or so) he said he had a full day of installs but would do his best to at least get by to diagnose the issue and game plan so my family can get some relief soon. AC Repairs One of my two AC units stopped working,. I called Todd from Graham & Sons. He responded immediately. He and his associate Colin gave me an estimate over the phone and he was not only able to fix the AC within 35 minutes (same day), he also charged me LESS than the estimate. I had done a self diagnoses on what I thought was the problem and believed that I could do it myself. This post showed up while I was researching the problem and searching for a repair facility, as I did not feel comfortable discharging the capacitor in the unit. I am so glad that I called them. They not only showed me how easy it is to discharge the capacitor, they explained in detail what went wrong on my 2004 year old unit. They were professional and patient in answering all my questions. In today's economy there are not a lot of business people who still get it. I understand fully that time is money. However, when you get (in some cases) more than what you pay for (rare) you can't help sharing it. Would I recommend them? YES SIR!
