Test drove the car I was looking at on Monday! Fell in love with it. Went on Friday to purchase it and even though it was a process (not their fault) they worked with me to be able to take it home that day. They were very patient and understanding. I would buy from them again.

Even though I live out of the area, my most reliable and trusted service experience has consistently been with Roseville Toyota. That's exactly why I coordinate my maintenance around trips to the area. Kerry S. has been my service advisor many times, and I always appreciate his straightforward, practical advice - telling me exactly what makes the most sense. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I receive here. While my service experience has been truly exceptional, I would NEVER purchase a vehicle here based on my interactions and observations of the sales team. Car sales traditionally carries a stigma, but the conversations and interactions I've experienced and overheard here represent the worst of the worst. Being present for extended periods of time during service visits over the years, and with what I call a carefully tuned gift of situational awareness only confirmed this conclusion. Its big corporate numbers game here only, and not worthy of any loyalty.

From start to finish, this was a disheartening experience. Thank goodness I love my new vehicle, otherwise I'd be even more upset with myself for not walking away. I was extremely clear from the beginning about my expectations regarding pricing and repeatedly asked whether I was paying MSRP. I was assured multiple times that I was. Their worksheet even displayed MSRP pricing, yet somehow by the time everything was finalized, I ended up paying over MSRP anyway. They tout "pricing transparency," but that could not be further from the truth. I was looked straight in the eye more than once by the sales manager and blatantly lied to. Between the deceptive pricing practices, forced add-ons, and constant red flags throughout the deal, this entire experience felt dishonest and manipulative. I should have walked away and saved myself the stress, frustration, and extra money.

For one what I like about the…read morebuying experience here is that the salesman won't harass you and constantly nagging you to buy the car. All we did was went asked for the vehicle they bring it up and let you test drive it. Also not to mention a lot of the reviews will say car broke down days after well triple crown is one dealer that lets you take the car for a test drive and inspection. I took the vehicle to get inspected at a trust shop I've been going to for years and once everything checked out we went straight to purchase super smooth transaction and just like that purchased a great vehicle. (Please note cars are sold as is so I would highly recommend taking it in for an inspection considering this dealer allows that which is awesome in my opinion. A lot of dealers won't allow you to take the car for inspections without you providing the entire inspection back to them) Since we purchased the car we have driving it 4000 miles and made 4 long road trips the car has been great!

Buyer Beware: Sold Me an Unsafe 2010 Prius and Offered Little to No Help:…read more I recently bought a 2010 Prius from Triple Crown Motors, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the start, everything seemed fine during the sale, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed a concerning knocking sound. I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere. Triple Crown might have deals, but at what cost? Not worth the risk.

DAN (the salesman) taking me to lunch was just a ploy to get me to relax and get my guard down. Concerning noises were drown out by him playing loud music while we test drove several cars. He is definitely a disrespectful male who loves to see females come in to shop alone (which is what I did). His preditory and deceitful tactics worked on me and I purchased a car from them for over $7,000.00 CASH!!! MY POBLEMS STARTED RIGHT AWAY... with transmission slippage, engine knocking, and my engine being completely empty of oil after I asked them to change the filthy oil that came in the car on the day of purchase. They will ghost customers who are having bad experiences, they will lie about the quality of their cars, And they will delay and hold up DMV paperwork. For me it has been over 8 months and I still haven't received the title. Can't even get info from DMV without having to pay lots of fees that the dealership is actually responsible for. Hey, Enjoy Auto Sales... WHERE IS THE TITLE FOR MY CAR!!!!!!! You guys are despicable, lying, shady pieces of who will do anything to sell cars and save your rapidly dying car dealership! And LOL karma seems to be coming at you swiftly and rapidly. I can't think of anybody who deserves it more than you guys. Good luck Dan, Arthur, and Art. I hope you guys are better at the next careers ya all choose!!!!!!!

1-Star Review for Armani Motors…read more My experience with Armani Motors was disappointing due to a complete lack of communication and transparency. I was interested in purchasing a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins dually and made a serious offer after reviewing the vehicle's age, mileage, and current market value. I requested basic information that any reasonable buyer would expect, including a Carfax report, vehicle inspection information, maintenance history, and photos of the tires and overall condition. Despite sending multiple messages, I never received the information I requested. My texts went unanswered, and there was no follow-up regarding my offer or any attempt to negotiate pricing. Even a simple response acknowledging my questions would have been appreciated. When spending tens of thousands of dollars on a used vehicle, transparency and communication are essential. Unfortunately, neither was provided in my experience. Based on my interaction, I cannot recommend Armani Motors to buyers who expect timely responses and basic vehicle documentation before making a purchase decision. Pros: Vehicle appeared to be available. Cons: No response to requests, no Carfax provided, no inspection information provided, no negotiation, poor communication. However they did chase around my husband who contacted them on my behalf because they wouldn't simply answer me for over a week before he made the same offer I did on the vehicle and then they got quiet It seems to me that they want to be predatory and they do not want to fulfill the request of their customers especially serious buyers like myself I would still clear of places like this because I think they're depending on people that don't have a base knowledge of good working vehicles to sell you something that maybe will be falling apart before you even can turn around and put 10,000 miles on it. I mean to not even respond to somebody is so rude I don't even understand how a business isn't business doing that I'm personally a business owner and I know I wouldn't have a business tomorrow if I didn't respond to my customers and clients especially really interested parties that actually had financing in place..
