    Funny how you edited your response to make it seem like your the good guy because your the president of a small dismantling shop and you treat all of your customers with respect according to you. My friend and I came in looking for a part for his car. We wanted to see what it looked like before my friend pays a lot of money for a little plastic trim piece that goes above the license plate on a e46 bmw. I asked if we can go look at it and you rudely said that it isn't possible for us to go into the back. I had no problem with that and you thought I did? We then asked to see the trim piece but you obviously had a problem with that. You didn't even want to help us after that. (Couldn't you of gone to the car and taken a quick picture of it?) no... that makes to much sense. You acted very unprofessionally and I hope your business doesn't stay open for much longer. Have a nice bud. Treat people better

    This retailer does not pay his employees for the work they do. You can never reach Jeff the owner. Very poor customer service.

Seems like it just went up from two dollars in exchange for your phone number and email - did I sell my information for two dollars? Yup, but those days are over with - and since they already have everybody's valuable contact info they no longer need to offer the discount on entrance fee. Now thats good business. Most bay area places want four dollars these days to get in - so if your here - its still the cheapest place - the Sacramento area is like that. Can't get away with charging bay area prices. Inventory was good - so much better than Oakland or any bay area Pick N Pull for that matter. If your a fan of 80s German steel you know how difficult it is these days to get any of that good stuff. Here they had some fresh meat where vultures hadn't already been there. This happens to be right next to CoPart which I think is so convenient. I've never seen two stores compliment each other so well. Thats like salt and pepper or an avocado tree next to a lime tree. Or a weight loss center next to a McDonalds. You get the picture. I was very impressed as I left at closing time. In the parking lot there was some guy picking up every little piece of trash in the parking lot. The lot was also much better landscaped than others I've seen.

    Any time I have ever been to this location, they've never treated me like the dumb old cliche "what…read moredo girls know about cars" although, I know very little, Haha On my visit here, I needed a new has cap and I wanted one that locked. They didn't have the particular one I needed at the moment, but they could have it there with in a few hours. They said one the part arrived, they could give me a call. Perfect! While I was there, I also picked up head lights, with their help. When I got home, I replaced my head lights on my car and relaxed for a few hours until they called. It actually worked out perfect to where they called and I picked up the locking gas cap on my way to work. **I like that there are spaces right in front of the store where you can do simple works on your car.. I try not to take up those close spots or if I do, I'm only there a few minutes** I popped my gas cap on and was on my way. I wish I had gotten that man's name that helped me. He did great! (I have been here on on one occasion to buy a headlights, and forgot to check which light was actually out.. headlight or highbeam... they were so nice to me when I bought the wrong one.. although I felt like the biggest ditz HAHAHA) This is my favorite O'Reilly Store!

    I purchased a headlight bulb from O'Reilly Auto Parts about three months ago. At the time of…read morepurchase, one of the store employees offered to install the bulb, and the installation was completed by their staff. Only three months later, the bulb burned out. I returned to the store to ask whether there was any warranty coverage. I was told there was no warranty because the bulb was supposedly "self-installed" and that bulbs can fail quickly if touched by bare hands during installation. I explained that the bulb was not self-installed--it was installed by one of their employees. The response I received was that none of the employees who worked there three months ago are still employed at the store, so they could not verify who installed it. I am disappointed with both the product and the customer service. A headlight bulb should last much longer than three months, and I do not believe I should have to spend another $70 because of what may have been an improper installation. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the store dismissed my concerns and refused to take responsibility. I expected better customer service and support from O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I called to see if they had a particular wiper, I said "I never put it on before and I don't know what I'm doing" she said they had the wiper and to come in. She helped be get the right wiper but never said anything about help with installation when I alluding to wanting it. One of the wipers had about 5 parts and I put the wrong one in cuz I don't know what I'm doing. Then I broke my wiper off because it was stuck old and brittle and did I mention I don't know what I'm doing. So I went in to return them so it didn't happen again. It wouldn't have any way because the back one was actually different than the one I was looking for. So when I was returning it, I asked the gentleman if they could help with installation and he said that they could've so that I re-purchased two of the three I returned and had him help me with installation if he had been there instead of her in the beginning, I would have all three all perfectly and then more business with the store and Ben a happier customer. I'm not sure why she's so bad at customer service but someone should talk to her. Homeboy gave me the great service I expected to get when I came to AutoZone. If I hadn't ran into him, I would've left and never came back.

He even taped up part of my light that was broken. I can tell you right now that I have been to many auto parts stores and they have never been as helpful and as kind as Jason was. If I could give this review 100 stars I would. Jason is such an amazing employee that went over and beyond and I will definitely be a lifetime customer of AutoZone because of this experience!!!
