Worst experience buying a car EVER!!! Payed way to much for a car that was supposed to be a good car. Was told it only had air conditioning issues but not to worry it would be fixed. Waited for it to be fixed 3 days. While waiting we were told now that there was an issue with radiator and that was causing the AC issue. Went to pick up the car and was told there was nothing wrong with the radiator it was only a hose but it was fixed and not to worry. Less than 30 days later car starts over heating and fluid starts coming out. Plus now the check engine light is on with some loud clinking noises. I've been trying to contact the person who sold us the car by text, and by calling with no response. Contacted someone else who assured me they would have him call me as soon as possible but if he was unavailable they would call me back once they got Managers approval to bring the car in. No call received. Tried calling mainline after many attempts and finally someone returned my call. But what I got was "well the cars are sold as is did you purchase a warranty?" I informed the woman who called that I was told if I had any issues with the car within 30 days that I could bring it back to get fixed. I was informed once again that they would pass on my information to the person who sold me the car. I have purchased many cars from different dealers and have NEVER had issues with receiving calls back or the poor customer service that I have received from this dealership. I'm generally pretty understand and have never felt like I should write a horrible review, but if I can possibly help someone not make the same mistake I made then here it is. Don't do it. I will never refer anyone to this dealership or purchase another car from them. Please read some reviews and do some research before you consider buying a car from them. Bought a used 2013 Prius from them back in 2017. I thought that the car was great until I recently sold it and found out there was structural damage to the vehicle. Ro gave me a Carfax print out and some other documents that indicated the car had never been in an accident. I was really disappointed. If I could rate this place with zero stars, I WOULD!! This place is such an unprofessional environment, I came in here to get a rating and finance deal on a vehicle I was very interested in. Once I arrived, a worker here asked for my I.D. so I can test drive a vehicle and after coming to a conclusion I wasn't going to take the car and look elsewhere, that worker who took my I.D. went to lunch. I drove a significant distance to look at the vehicle and was clearly going to other dealerships the same day to look for a better deal, the employees started changing the story up and saying that the worker only came for a few hours to help out and clocked out. They couldn't specify if he had went to lunch or if he had clocked out. What made it much was was that the same employee who took my I.D. doesn't carry and cellphone for personal reasons. The rest of the staff said they would mail my I.D. but that's not my responsibility because I need to use my I.D. when I drive!!! It was a horrible experience and a waste of my time and I urge everyone who wants to look for a deal on a vehicle, please look elsewhere!! I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through, so unprofessional and such a waste of time. The "owner" whose picture is on here never wanted to give his name away and was no help in trying to help the situation. All he said was he'll mail it out and that takes day to do! Once I finally got my terms which took a lot of teeth pulling to get, they tried adding $3500 for a warranty and another $1500 for anti theft unit which I still don't understand why some dealerships add this? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! You will regret it. I purchased a car from Trevor which wrote an addendum to the contract allowing me to return it after having a mechanic look at the car. The car had over $6,000 in needed repairs. When I called to return it, Ro, The Manager, (as he calls himself) is a complete liar! He said he was off the day I wanted to return it and said the sales rep. had no authority to add an Addendum to the contract. This is a lie as he approved the sale. Then I found out there was a major issue with the Title and somewhere down the line, a bad check was written to the DMV. Ro has done nothing to help me get my title, in my opinion he is a fraud and a liar. To top it off, he had the nerve to say I probably took the BMW off roading and that's why it needed repairs. They will say anything to sell a car. Please save your time and don't waste your hard earned money on these people. Take a look at their BBB rating. I haven't seen a worse rating. Worst customer service. I purchased a Tesla almost a month ago and not only did the salesman assure me that they would send the proper paperwork to my creditors they also promised they would send me a charger for my car. When I left I felt good about my purchase but over a week went by and still they had not sent out the title or the charger. I had to call multiple times for them to send the paperwork in the time period that my loan was. And even then they sent it to me to send to my creditor. Not what we talked about at all. Now it's been a month and I haven't got my charger for my car still. The sales associate decided to just ignore all my messages instead. I was promised a charger and told that I would receive one via mail and now just complete silence. I feel that honesty and integrity are important qualities in a salesman, especially when buying an expensive car. This is not the dealership for that. So everyone who has been posting reviews saying they don't care about you after you leave the lot with the car are correct. The guy who helped me forgot to give me back my drivers license after I finished signing the contracts, and when I figured it out the next day that it was still there, I had to call and leave a message three separate times over two days, and then had to resort to texting the guy to even get a response which was "oh yeah it's here sorry about that" A place with professionalism would have called me immediately as they realized it was there. They also failed to keep their word on the option contract that I had with them. I got pre-approved for a loan from my credit union and was told that as long as they hear something from my credit union saying the check was on the way, they'd hold my contract instead of sending it to their financiers. My credit union left multiple messages throughout the past couple of days trying to get a hold of the guy that helped me, and even reached out to me to try to get a hold of them to let them know their check will be there on Monday. I got a notification today (Sunday) that the dealership did send my contract to their financier . How can you hear back from the CU if you don't pick up the phone or relay messages to the right people?? I definitely felt royally fucked by them. Luckily my credit union has my back and will handle it but wow guys this was a horrible first car buying experience thanks for teaching me what to look out for from here on out! Be careful of this place. I called Premium Autos and asked if their vehicle had any accidents on a particular vehicle. Veronica stated that the vehicle was not in any accidents but it had damage report (go figure). When I asked more in depth of what the damage was she stated that the vehicle had "structural damage". So I asked if this vehicle has "frame". She corrected me and said "it is not frame damage" I reiterated and asked again and had her clarify, she said "structural damage is for bolt on pieces of the vehicle, like your doors and bumpers" I should have corrected her and told her my previous job was to appraise vehicles (which I personally appraised over 15,000 vehicles) and history reports that claim structural damage is aha you guessed it, "FRAME DAMAGE" If you do not know why frame is so important its like a crushed can analogy. crush a soda can and try and reconstruct it. It will crush the second time much easier. Cars are very similar and are designed to take one impact only no matter how well the insurance company fixes it. Its one thing to disclose but to provide inaccurate and false information on reported history for vehicles is just poor training and bad business practice. If you are a new to buying used cars: 1. history reports do not always disclose damages or accidents 2. get someone who knows how to check structural integrity (not a mechanic) 3. last check the vehicle mechanical generally with a mechanic read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! CHECK YOUR CONTRACT!!! Here is my horrible experience with Premium Autos Inc. car dealership. Do your due diligence read all the reviews and read the complaints filed with the BBB, you will find a similarity with the dealerships underhanded business behavior. On Saturday, May 23 2020 2:00 pm I called the dealership and spoke with salesperson Christian. He seemed like an upstanding person. I explained to him I am a business owner and I am looking to purchase 2 commercial vehicles. I explain I had an interest in their 2019 RAM ProMaster Stock Number 509811, and their 2018 RAM ProMaster Stock Number 154531, I was very specific to mention we wanted commercial funding and that I would be the Guarantor, considering my credit was excellent. Note should be taken I was already pre-approved for 5.9 on a commercial loan elsewhere. But this dealership had the vehicles I wanted. So, I text messages Christian my company and personal information this happened at 2:16 pm. By 4:49 pm I received a text from Christian you are approved but for 6%. I text him back Great! I will be there tomorrow Sunday, May 24 to solidify our contract and deal. I live in San Diego and Premium Autos Inc. is in Norco. So be mindful I was traveling 107 miles to pick up 2 vehicles. I had a family member visiting with us Friday and Thru Sunday who lives in Los Angeles so it worked out Great my wife and I would get dropped off while my family continued home to LA. Sunday afternoon I am halfway to the dealership and received a text message from Christian, that 2018 is not available because they were fixing the mirror. Ok, no big deal I guess except now I need to explain to my wife why she did not have to go. We get to the dealership, and I waited for Christian to finish up another deal and I inspected the vehicle to find it was very rough. Pictures do not show you everything because it was very evident that the 2019 rear passenger corner panel and side had been poorly painted, despite car fax showing no accident. Not to mention there was practically a different tire on every wheel as if they pieced the tires together from a stack of used tires. I will afford them the credit they agreed to change the tires with new, and I believe that was because the tires are a safety issue. So, we sat down to sign approximately 58 documents (for both vehicles), and some needed multiple signatures. It was not until I got down to the Pre-Contract Disclosure that I realized I was signing for extra options I did not request. THIS WAS THE RED FLAG. They had without my request added 999.00 for Anti-Theft Device, 999.00 for something not described (Christian said it was a mistake, WOW 999.00 mistake), and a 199.00 option to return. I told Christian I did not need the return option because the vehicle was newer with ok miles still under factory warranty, so I was not going to return it plus I am 107 miles away. So reluctantly he agreed. Now we get to the 999.00 for the anti-theft. WOW, it was like I was steeling a baby bottle from a hungry baby. They would not Budge. I was about to concede to the acceptance of the antitheft and suck it up, but then I read the warranty and it did not cover Commercial vehicles nor did it cover vehicles used for construction. I showed this to Christian and he was dumbfounded. Christian came back sorry they could not do anything about it. I told Christian that this was false advertising and that this was borderline illegal. He said sorry I did not have to buy the vehicle. I in frustration said what I came 107 miles with no ride home and you are going to dismiss this? I told Christian, "that is ok I will take the vehicle as the contracts have been signed" and will investigate my legal remedies later. I also asked to speak to his boss. I spoke to his manager Mr. Rohulla H. "RO" who is the CFO told me they would not take it off, and I did not have to buy the car. I told him I came from San Diego, I have been approved I signed the contract I believe we went too far to unwind the deal. I explained to Mr. RO that I believed it could be viewed by legal professionals that he may be committing deceptive and false advertising. (FYI California Business and Professions Code section 17500 delineates false and deceptive advertising is illegal in the state of California.) For which he denied. I went back to Christian to complete the deal, and he was nowhere to be found. I waited for a few minutes and Christian came back and said sorry it would not pass smog. I asked him why at 4:00 pm are you telling me this when you knew I was coming to pick up the vehicle from San Diego. It was clear at this point they were trying to unwind the deal because they had hidden profit in the options sections of the contract. WELL i guess there is a limit on what you can write because it cut it off here. BUYER BEWARE! I will also update the events from the BBB and State Occupational Licensing as those inquires come to fruition. read more

When I bought my car here, they showed me the Car Fax sheet that it was clean and had never been in any accidents, but when I took it to the Honda dealer because it still has powertrain warranty, they informed me that the car had been in an accident and the whole right side had been repaired. Tried calling this dealer to see what they could do since they obviously lied in the contract, but they immediately said this wasn't their responsibility and that they were not an actual dealership and that they're more of an auction.
