I made an appointment on line via Offer Up after me messaged multiple times to come see a vehicle advertised. Unbeknownst to me all the names contacting me setting up appointments were fake AI'd sale people, I drove 40 minutes during the appointment "window" not only to find no such vehicle on the lot but a poorly staffed car sales facility with. o one available to assist, but business was booming apparently w/ clients in all the sales rooms apparently. So I called the dealership phone number and guess what more AI "salespeople" to "assist". I asked to speak to a "rep" they transferred me to a call center that took my information and told me I'd get a call back. I went back on Offer up trying to communicate my frustration traveling a long way aimlessly the AI said Thank you for input it will be added to my request. 15 minutes later, yeah I was dumb enough to stick around a lady named Debbie introducing herself as an assistant manager advised what was my issue. I advised I had mad an appoint on offer up but now guessing was all a "shamed up" AI'd propaganda correspondence to get me to drive 7 cities to get here to look over the whole lot unassisted just to find the car no where in site. She listened and then responded iyeah AI likely incident with no apology but just quipped yeah it's probably at the wherehouse "great so not available to view at the lot(me)" and "...what I wanted to know about it...?". Did I not say I travelled long and far to SEE it? Oh my goodness where to even start with these people! We've been looking for a Tesla model X for about two months now thankfully I bought with someone else that was absolutely wonderful but these guys I called them and kept getting a robot and then I called again at better hours I guess and I finally spoke with someone and she took down my information and she was nice and she said she'd have a manager call out And then it was like another day and the manager finally called me back but when she called me back. I went to answer the phone. I said hello and she hung up immediately. So I called back again and I said hey I just got disconnected from the manager. It might've been an accident. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I was really nice and they said oh thank you. Our phone services have been down for a couple of weeks and everyone's been really mad with us so thank you for being nice and understanding and I was like oh yeah no problem. Things happen. I never got a call back from that manager so then the next day my husband called and he got through to the same lady and she said oh we'll have a manager give you a call back and the manager called my husband back and I had explained to them that I had already called and I haven't been able to talk to the manager yet and then she called my husband and my husband was asking very basic questions about the car since we were out of state asking if we could do a virtual tour of it or asking if we could do a FaceTime video together to see the car and she was flat out so rude to him And basically told him that if he wanted the car it was gonna be as is and they do extra charges of $3000 for all of these different things that they all put on all of the cars even though it's a Tesla and it's for if your car gets stolen and all of this stuff and he's like well that's fine but what about like the damage on it and she's like it is as is and if you don't want it that's fine and hung up on him. So I was really interested in the car so I called again the next day and I got the manager and she asked how early I can buy and I said I can buy this week. Do not go to this shady used car dealership. I called and they told me they had a car available to me and I showed up only to find it was no longer available. I found another vehicle to purchase and when it came down to the contract portion, I saw a $1999 charge listed as a security device. I asked what it was and they told me it was a basically a sticker that is helpful against theft. I told them I didn't care about this sticker and I wanted that charge and the sticker removed. They would not do it. This "sticker" anti-theft thing is no more than a way to upcharge customers. I wasted half of a day only to find them try and slip that charge into the contract without telling me. Here was my experience talking with the owner of this dealership. - Was looking at a 2018 M3 that looked modified, but they told me it was stock. - The M3 turned out to have frame damage and was in a major accident previously that was not noted in the listing - They wanted to add $1500+ fees on top of the price of the car. They have additional fees they tack on, which is why their prices appear "low" - The owner Debby told me that they don't need to negotiate on the price of the car because they own the lot, the dealer and the cars. She also mentioned "Cash is not King", when I asked if they were negotiable if I paid for the car in cash up front (not knowing it had frame damage at the time). Ok there lol - The owner was super arrogant and condescending and acted like she didn't need to sell anyone their cars Almost 5-6 months after the car was listed, well it's still there! TLDR: bad customer service and inadequate car descriptions. Went on the Friday following thanksgiving, the lobby was pretty empty where there was only on family was speaking to a rep. It took about 5 minutes for someone to greet me which isn't terrible. The person ask me what car I was interested and how I would be paying for it and that if I wanted to test drive it I would need to be approved meaning I would either have to show proof of funds in my bank account or have them run my credit. Seeing as how that was her 2nd question she asked me with in 3 minutes of meeting her, I was very uncomfortable. There was no rapport build, no asking if I was interested in anything else. She said it was because they were short staffed, however looking at other reviews this seems to be a practice not an exception. She then turned on the car and said I could sit in it, however the parking lot is so packed that I couldn't open the driver side door enough to get in. I was to open the passenger side to get in the car. Upon getting in the car, I noticed that the sunroof of the car wasn't working properly. Looking back at the description on the website it said nothing about this not working. To save everyone's time they need to update their website say they require proof of funds, pre approval or must finance through us to test drive on their website. And they also need to have accurate descriptions of their cars. I understand not disclosing minor cosmetic damage b/c they're used cars however something as expensive to replace like a sunroof should be disclosed in the description. read more

BAIT-AND-SWITCH tactics are scams! The manager Deborah spoke to me like they had the best deals on the market. A quick search and you'll see that their prices are exactly the same as a competing dealership. The only differentiating factor is that Premium Autos adds a $2000 premium for their so called 'antitheft protection'. So all I did was ask for them to honor their advertised price and remove the premium. She goes on-and-on about this being industry standard, so much to the point that I felt like she was trying to make me feel bad for questioning it. Then she tells me that if I didn't like how they conduct business, I should take it elsewhere. I was absolutely appalled by that response which was just a simple request. Yes, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Let me give a reality check. Dealerships tried to get away with this in 2021, but this is 2025. Cars are piling up on lots for a good reason. Consumers are tired of this BS and aren't falling for them anymore. If they can't be honest with their numbers, I wonder how trustworthy they are with their cars. I bought a car from Premium Autos to which I added an extended warranty against possible mechanical or electrical failures, this warranty cost me $3000. It turns out that I sold this car less than two months after having bought it, so I asked Corner Stone United (who sell the extended warranty through car dealers) to return the money for the warranty since I would no longer need this warranty. Corner Stone agreed to cancel the warranty and sent a letter to Premium Autos on August 23, 2024 instructing the refund of the money. To this day, Premium Autos has not refund my money, they do not answer calls or emails, these people act fraudulently, they are appropriating a client's money. Veronica from finance and Deborah the sales manager are fully aware of this case and they refuse to return this money. These people also force you to pay for absurd guarantees every time you buy a car from them. I had to pay $2000 for a completely useless and absurd anti-theft guarantee. We originally came in to see a car advertised online, only to be told it had already been sold. We were then shown a "similar" vehicle on the lot. Before the test drive, one of the tires was low on air. The sales representative said she would put air in it herself, which didn't seem like a big deal at the time. We took the car for a short drive down the street and it seemed to run fine, so we purchased it the same day. The very next day, multiple tires were losing air. We took the car to a tire shop and were shocked to learn that one tire had a tear and two others were extremely worn. This was a serious safety hazard that should never have been overlooked. Soon after, we noticed the vehicle was leaking fluid and then began overheating to the point where it couldn't even be driven down the street. We contacted the dealership numerous times and could only reach their AI answering system. After several attempts, we finally spoke to the manager, Debora, who said they wanted to "take a look at it." Since the car was undrivable, they eventually arranged for it to be towed. After days of no updates, we had to email just to get a response. We were told the car would be ready the next day, but no repair report was provided despite our request. We picked up the vehicle, and within a day or two, it overheated again. At that point, we took it to a local shop and discovered the original issue had not been properly fixed. We were forced to go $6,000 into debt for repairs. Even after that, the car has been back to the shop three more times. This all happened within the first two weeks of purchasing the vehicle. If sharing our experience helps even one person avoid going through this stress, financial burden, and safety risk, then this review is worth writing. I am 379 miles away so was going to fly down and buy the vehicle and drive it home. So glad I didn't. Finally got the sales manager, she was incredibly rude. Stated that all of her cars come with a mandatory anti theft policy for $2,000. The policy writes you a check for up to $5k, if your vehicle is stolen and not recovered. Really? That policy has to be a couple hundred dollars at best. She said, "non-negotiable" so really it is just a way to jack the price up. The car also had been in an accident.
