We recently used Premium to remodel our kitchen. This was a large project for us that not only included replacing old cabinets, countertops, flooring and appliances, but greatly improved the efficiency of the kitchen's workflow, maximized both counter and storage spaces, and accommodated additional appliances. After developing our initial conceptual design, ideas and even selecting the appliances, we met with professional kitchen designers to get estimates. When we met Briana we immediately knew we found the right person! What a nice difference she made! From our first meeting until finishing the project, Briana and Stephen was simply amazing. their philosophy was "this should be an enjoyable experience" and the enthusiasm, positive outlook and "can do" attitude was helpful and even contagious. Briana is extremely knowledgeable on all facets of kitchen remodeling and design, and not limited to only cabinetry. Although we hired their company primarily for installing cabinets, we quickly realized how her professional expertise was invaluable in coordinating the other phases and trades of the project- plumbing, electrical, lighting (pendant, ceiling, cabinets), HVAC, painting, flooring, countertops, cabinet hardware, glass and more. Throughout the entire project, Stephen worked closely with us, listened to our ideas and provided us with excellent suggestions. Briana was fully engaged from the initial design meetings through the entire project until completion, including selection of cabinets, reviewing and ensuring the precise measurement of the kitchen, as well as inspecting and installing each cabinet after they were delivered (nearly 40 total). She was an invaluable source for recommending contractors and vendors. Stephen and his crew installed the new cabinets with professional craftsmanship, including the crown molding, custom trims, and cabinet LED lighting (both counter and inside cabinets). Additionally, Foreman David expertly installed the custom cabinet panels on our refrigerator, dishwasher and an under counter refrigerator. It was remarkable watching him construct custom pieces. Other times, he would come in with an item, such as the wood backsplash or chair rail, that he crafted in his shop. He even designed and fabricated a custom television wall mount bracket that installs into a corner, and a custom crown molding that was not available commercially. Stephen and his team worked quickly, without breaks, and delivered everything and more on time (or often sooner!). He made the entire project enjoyable and was readily available throughout every phase of this project. Stephen was honest, friendly, easy-going, passionate about his work and enthusiastic about our project. By far, he surpassed all our expectations. When most people think of renovating, they think of super high costs and a tremendous amount of time, which ends up costing you even more in inconvenience. With PCS that was NOT the case. Let me start with I had 5 companies come out and provide estimates. Stephen Jr. came out within a day of contacting him, and completed 2 different estimates for me within 3 days. His quote was spot on our budget and said he could complete all the work in 3 weeks. I kid you not one quote was for $80k and they said would take 3-6 MONTHS (PCS were NOWHERE near that cost). Needless to say after comparing all the quotes I decided to go with PCS.Steve and his crew were AMAZING to work with. They went through every detail of my project and accommodated all my changes, as well as inform me of what would not work due to layout and HOA. The design by Briana exceeded my expectations and the quality was exceptional! On top of that, my remodel started at the same time the COVID-19 restrictions started. I just happened to walk in to the Premium Cabinets storefront. I was picking up some crown molding next door, and decided to go in and see if they might have what I needed. I went through a nightmare kitchen remodel, and had to fire my contractor after he mismanaged our remodeling funds, failed to deliver materials already paid for, and ultimately stop showing up to complete the job. My husband and I have been left to piece together the remaining materials and complete the work on our own... When I inquired about a panel I needed for a section of our kitchen, Brianna was very helpful. She was much more interested in listening to my needs and being empathetic towards my situation, than in just trying to sell the products. She could have pushed materials that I didn't need, but she was honest and sincere. I appreciate that very much. I also appreciated her competence. As I've been piecing the remaining materials together, I have encountered some good customer service and some poor customer service. I would highly recommend premium cabinets in Ontario to everyone. I got seven estimates from different contractors and also Home Depot and Lowe's and decided on premium cabinets after several months of research since their reviews were so good and the other companies reviews were not good. The owner Stephen was great and the contractors were friendly, efficient and got things done on time and did a great job. I will forever recommend his business to others. We had our previous contractor leave without finishing the cabinets (didn't install the doors and never saw him again) and we were in a total bind. Steve did an absolutely amazing job with our kitchen. He was able to fix all sorts of issues that our previous contractor left behind and within 2 days our kitchen was completed. Premium cabinets consistently and continually exceeds my expectations. They did my kitchen about 6 months ago and it was great working with them. I recently had them do my office building (break room and bathrooms) and all I can say is Wow! Didn't have as many color/style options as some other places we looked. But, had enough that we found a door we like. Cabinets are all-wood, soft close doors and drawers and really nice.
