Repipe complete, then the builder came in. The project was to replace the island, lower cabinets of one wall, and repaint the kitchen. They took our check and started. Then virtually no progress in June, July, August, September, and October. I eventually drove to their shop to get my cabinets as they were unable to return them. We reached out to Doug at the beginning of November and he said they could help us out. They custom built and installed our island. They rebuilt our custom kitchen cabinets, and finished the kitchen painting. We were asking them to come in and finish a project that they had no history or familiarity with what we wanted, right before Thanksgiving. Doug and Eric spent time talking and working with us so we were all on the same page. Schedules made, notification messages of arrivals, and we always had a clear understanding of what will be done each day.
